The pluses: location, friendly desk staff who offered to upgrade up to a suite for noise (I'm pregnant), large bathrooms in suite. The negatives: hard beds, Holiday-Inn style rooms (these are NOT the photos on the Roosevelt website), bad coffee, noisy toliets/radiators from other rooms, doormen who don't even offer to help with bags, ridiculous room service prices plus a $3 delivery fee + tip. Overall, overrated. Wouldn't stay there again at almost $300 per night. The lobby is not worth the high prices, although the location may be.
