Me and my wife stayed here for our anniversary as we were on our way to Las Vegas. We showed up and no one was there... We called and about 20 min later finally made it in. The bedrooms are nice but the service was bad. The breakfast in the morning was mediocre at best, and their credit card machine was broken so we ended up paying in cash. The lady who served us decided to pocket the cash and our card was charged a few weeks later.
Overall, bad experience.... Would recommend finding another place in Cedar.

My extended family travels to Cedar city every summer for the Shakespeare festival. We rented the entire unit (3 bedrooms plus a full kitchen) for 3 days for our family. We couldn't have been more pleased! The decor is beautiful and very high end. Large bathrooms, very comfortable beds, etc. The spacious kitchen has granite countertops and is fully stocked with dishes and cooking equipment, so it was perfect for us to do our own meals and spread out in the unit rather than being confined to an individual room. Breakfast was very good, although not served on Sunday morning. (you get a voucher for breakfast at diner instead.) The staff is not onsite, so this is something more like a hotel with breakfast service rather than a traditional B&B.

If you are looking for a traditional B&B i.e. owner occupied home or restored historic residence where you could discuss the area and find out about local activities with knowledgeable residents, this is not for you. I'm not sure what you would call this place, but it is a pair of 3 bdrm timeshare condos which probably have not sold. You will be renting one of the five available bedrooms (a student occupies one). The intent, apparently, was to construct a large multiunit timeshare resort in Cedar City. Fortunately, that didn't happen or we taxpayers would be owning this property. The bedroom (Cleopatra) was small, clean and neat, with a large on floor air conditioner taking up valuable space. There is however, no maid service, so if you will be staying multiple days( we stayed 3), you will want remember to make your bed and pick up your towels yourself. The young gal who came in mornings to make breakfast was very nice and did a good job with breakfast. This facility is on the west side of I 15 among apartments. Interstate 15 road noise is intense until quite late.

From the reviews on this site and the property's website, this appeared to be a great choice for a lovely weekend. This "B and B" is not what we are used to as far as B & Bs. The owners/mangers are not on site. When we arrived around 5 PM no one answered. We had to call a number and wait 15 minutes for someone to show up. While the rooms are quite lovely, it has an eerie feeling being empty. We were told that they do not have a breakfast on site on Sundays. We were given vouchers for a local greasy spoon resturant - sharing breakfast is part of the charm of B & Bs which we really enjoy but was not to be had at this place. The Monday morning breakfast was served by a teenage girl - no coffee, we had to ask to have some made - breakfast was overcooked. All in all, a very disappointing experience and we will not return.

Instead of staying at the Henley Manor as a bed and breakfast, we rented out all of unit 102 which included 3 bedrooms, a living room with big screen tv, full kitchen and dining room, 3 bathrooms, and a murphy bed. We could not have been more impressed with how clean and beautiful everything was. We weren't expecting the high quality linens, bathrobes, and toiletries. And the beds were incredibly comfortable- even the murphy bed. The management were very friendly and accomodating and the "manor" theme was very fun, but not overdone. If you're ever in Cedar City, this is the place to stay!

My wife and I are frequent travelers and have to say that Henley Manor is a true gem. Not only is this stylish "bed and breakfast" comfortable, clean and hospitable, it is also convenient to Brian Head Ski Resort for a day, weekend or week in the snow. The Manor's top of the line linens, appliances and great craftsmanship made our stay feel right at home. Although this is a bed and breakfast, there wasn't a cook on staff at this time. Instead, we were given a $20 gift certificate good for IHOP which was great. Overall, we would highly recommend the Henley Manor!!!
