Beware they are in the process of building a new location so this review will be for their old location in town down Arkansas. If you have a free afternoon it is worth going and trying out. It is a small brewery that fills up quickly on touring day. I've been to a few breweries and the samples are smaller than what I am used to. Nothing special about the brewery itself, it is small. The tour started late that day for whatever reason but the guys were very accommodating and just handing out beer to hold the crowd over.

“Diamond Bear Brewing Company”

Tours, samples, growlers, and or pints. We visited for the tour and samples but decided to just sample and skip the tour as we have done tons of brewery tours. This was not an issue with the employees. We actually found out that they had started doing pints too but we thought they only sampled/toured. Good beer.....worth the visit.

“Great Beer, fun tour, try the root beer!”
Reviewed 11 April 2013

We stopped here on our way to the east coast as a fun thing to do in Little Rock. We were absolutely blown away by this microbrewery. As the wife that goes along to way too many beer places I've tried (and disliked) more than my fair share of beers. The tour is seven dollars on Saturday and Sunday at 3pm (unless you're military in which case it's five) and comes with 3 tokens for tasting. You'll need more so you can try them all.

The tour has great humor and information both about brewing and about what it takes to build a sucessful microbrewery. If you're local, sign up to be one of Helga's helpers and get paid in beer.

Our favorites were the Irish Red and Strawberry blonde. The strawberry blonde has the tiniest hint of strawberry and is not overpoweringly sweet as is often found in flavored beers. Try the Red bear, a mix of the paradise porter and irish red. They also brew their own root beer and kids are welcome on the tour. We spent almost 3 hours here and ended up not seeing anything else we had planned on and it is one of our favorite memories.

The only food they have is pretzel snacks for sale, so be sure to eat before you taste.
