The hotel is located right by the river front district. It isn't on the water but it is in walking distance of the market square with food places and river walk activities. The hotel has a nice parking lot in back with easy access to the hotel. The pool is small but nice. The rooms were very clean and well maintained.

I stayed here for two nights in early August, and I was very impressed with this location in all regards: service was efficient and courteous, the hotel was clean, its proximity to downtown eateries and attractions (as well as to the interstate on-ramp) was very good, parking was sufficient, and there was even a half-court for basketball next to the pool. The workout room was pretty well equipped (2 treadmills, an elliptical, and free weights with a weight bench) and had plenty of towels.

The room (king bed suite) was well-equipped, and directly across the hall from an ice machine, but I never heard other guests using it. Breakfast was well-stocked with hot items and continental selections, as well as a daily "specialty item" (which was always popular and might cause a wait); busy times for breakfast seemed to be from 7:30-8:30AM. Only complaint: the coffee wasn't to my liking, but there is a coffee shop across the street from the hotel.

The pool seemed very small, but I'm sure the space to build was limited. On-site parking is available, and is $8 daily (which isn't too bad for a downtown location); there is an off-site option as well, but it's further away, and I'm not sure that it's monitored.

Overall, this was a very quiet, clean location. It does allow pets, so keep that in mind.

Thank you for staying with us and taking the time to write such a wonderful review. The coffee shop across the street from us is Andina’s Café. We also sell their ground coffee in our onsite Market. We do have parking spaces for overflow at the River Market Parking deck located on half block from our location. These spaces are monitored and we have passes to get you in and out of the deck.
We are located in the River Market District and have 9 local restaurants located within 3 blocks of our hotel as well as the River Market Pavilion. There are more than 5 local attractions located within a 5 block radius of our hotel as well and we are only 3 blocks from the Arkansas River.
We look forward to your return and hope to help you enjoy all the area has to offer.

Me and two friends, all widows, were in Little Rock for a friends wedding. We arrived on Friday and were greeted by a wonderful front desk lady and Steve Fuquey. We were placed in a beautiful, spacious room. The room had two queen beds, a living room area with large sectional couch, coffee table, large desk overlooking the pool and a full kitchen. The beds were so comfortable and there were dressers for each one of us. The kitchen had granite countertops, dishwasher, large refrigerator, stove and microwave. The bathroom was large with plenty of room for 3 girls to get ready at the same time. The breakfast had so many choices. The hotel offered $2.00 passes for 1 full day to hop on and off the trolley, which stops off in front of the hotel. Music, nice restaurants, river front and boutique shopping are 1 block down from the hotel. The Clinton Library is in walking distance (about 3 blocks) from Residence Inn. My friends and I were surprised by how much there is to do in Little Rock. We are planning a second trip and will be staying at this hotel again.

Stayed here while traveling through Little Rock on a road trip.
The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and quiet.
Very accommodating and helpful staff. They told us about which local restaurants were the best in the River Market area. On their recommendation, we went to the Flying Fish restaurant two blocks from the hotel, and it was fantastic.
I am very familiar with Residence Inn hotels as I have "lived" in several different ones after being relocated to new cities with my job, and also while having new homes built in the past.
We were travelling with our 12 year old girl and 13 year old boy and we got a two room unit. The only drawback was that both rooms only had one queen size bed per room. So the kids didn't want to share the bed, so our son had to sleep on the couch. Not that big of a deal and we should have asked.

Room Tip: Top floor is always best. Our two bedroom suite was on the corner, quiet with good views.

This was my first trip to Little Rock, and I am so glad I picked this hotel. The Residence Inn is located in the River Market area, a short walk away from restaurants and bars. The hotel is relatively new, and it shows. The suites are spacious, and everything looked brand new.

The hotel has a small pantry with snacks, local beers and wine. Breakfast was standard hotel contiental breakfast, but that's what you expect. As mentioned in other reviews, parking is an issue. The lot at the hotel was full the first night, and when that occurs you have to resort to parking in a parking garage two blocks away.

Overall, though, this is a very nice property and the location and suite style rooms are big pluses.

My husband and I stayed there this past weekend. I was very impressed with our room and how helpful the staff was. We had never been to Little Rock and I can say we will be back! It was only about 30 minutes for us from Hot Springs which was great! Absolutely loved it! Thank you Residence Inn!
