Stayed here five nights recently. Good example of the brand. Breakfast lounge space is pleasant, and breakfast is perhaps a cut above the usual in the peer group, though truly fresh offerings are in short supply.
When the aroma of smoke was clear in the first room, I was quickly given another. Hotel is slightly dated -- noticeable mostly in the kitchens, as TVs and wi-fi are up to date -- compared to some nearby properties. But because of that rooms are larger with bigger windows and there's more open space around the property. I'm told renovations are getting started in Building B.

Room Tip: Building A's south side is closest to the street, and traffic noise picks up early in the morning. If that's an issue, ask for another room.

Generally nice facility and very friendly staff. However, we were awakened during the night to sound of water dripping. It was coming through the ceiling into our bathtub. No silverware in the kitchen and only lukewarm water for showers. The facility needs a bit of attention to bring it up to Residence Inn standards.

Great location, clean friendly & great service. Decor is alittle outdated but it is well kept, clean & maintained. Stay in "B" it's off the main road, quiet & close to the pool & green belt.
You won't go wrong with any building but we enjoyed the B bldg.

The place allows dogs, but after checking in we found a couple of serious poop stains on the carpet leading to the toilet area. Gross! This just after I questioned the manager on how often the carpets were cleaned. He had said "vacuumed daily and shampooed weekly."

Makes us seriously wonder what use they make of the $100 pet fee....

Dear somelikeitclean: thank you for writing a review on TripAdvisor, your feedback is important to us. As a standard policy, when a guest checks out with a pet, we have the carpets shampooed and provide a thorough cleaning before the suite is permitted to be rented again. This is the reason we charge a pet fee to cover those costs. Our inspection process is very thorough so I apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced. We appreciate your business.

Sincerely,

This RI is old and well worn. The rooms are out-dated, but clean and quiet. No luxury here. Outside picnic area updated along with lobby, but seemingly wasted since the rooms are so dated. Pool was clean, but falling into disrepair. Plus was the quiet. One of the best sound-proofed hotels we've stayed at. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast is the same, sad reheated food and powdered eggs typical of all RIs. A decent family or quiet business stay, but just don't expect luxury or anything beyond ok.
