“biggest museum in the area”
Reviewed 25 November 2013

People come from all over the world to see the exhibits here. It starts with the invention of flight and ends with the modern day era of airplanes. It is well worth it because you can get in free. The I max theater always has great selection to see as well.

“Phenominal collection of memorabilia!!”
Reviewed 25 November 2013

Living relatively near this museum, we continue to return yearly since there is so much to see and do. Inevitably there is a new display or some other item which we have not yet seen. If in the area, do not miss this!!

“Historical Wonderland”
Reviewed 25 November 2013

If you enjoy aviation, world history, or military history, you will immediately fall in love with this museum. Bring the entire family and plan on spending at least one full day. The complex also includes a theater, an extensive gift shop, and a food court. Since Ohio is the birth place of aviation, there are many other interesting sites in the Dayton area that include the original bike shop of Orville and Wilbur Wright.

“AF museum a best in clas for the area”
Reviewed 25 November 2013

Great place to visit when coming to the Greater Dayton area. See the AF1 jet that carried JFK home after the assasination in 1963. There is exhibit after exhibit. Plan to spend 2 days in the facility at Least. Incorporate the visit with the downtown brewpubs and he great theater and art going on. Go on to cincinatti or north to Detroit Ford museum if your on the Museum Crawl.

“Best Air Force Museum Ever”
Reviewed 25 November 2013

This museum if free! This is the best museum ever for detailing the air force and what is involved in its past and jpresent. Many planes, exhibits, movie theater, space items. Just the best. A must see if you are in the area.
