I am a very patient and tolerate person, and normally let a lot of things slide, this was beyond acceptable. Never have been approached by a business owner with such rude aggression at the simple request of not blasting the air conditioner so cold blowing directly on us....ya, the ones paying $55 a person for dinner and drink. I was shocked and had I not been in a business group, I would have gotten up and left right there. The service prior to that was horrible already. Why does it take so long to take a a simple order?? I understand the kitchen gets overwhelmed, but if the servers are slow, hire more help! The food was good for the most part, but based on the owner's obvious disdain for her patrons, I won't be back. Ms. owner, why are you wearing blue jeans to come to my table to pull a ghetto move like that?? It's about representing and taking care if those the help pay your bills. Ridiculous. You should be ashamed! Our table easily spent over $400 and you have the audacity to place your hand on your hip and talk to us like that? Consider this dinner a freebie....because we will NOT be back! Not to mention you pissed off one of the dinner guests who is know for her social networking career in building other's careers. I pray on your behalf that she doesn't think you are worth her time! Leave Cocoa's Bristro with a foul taste in your mouth, and sadly it isn't the food!
