“Lived Up To Its Reputation”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 25 April 2014

We were delighted with lunch at the Apollo Grill today. We began with a shared cheese quesadilla appetizer, which had lots of cheese, a delicious guacamole salsa, as well as a tomato-based salsa. My wife had an apple Waldorf salad, and I had a salad of chopped lettuce with lots of fruit, goat cheese, onion, etc. Both were delicious, and we left very well satisfied. We can understand why the Apollo Grill received a top rating in Bethlehem, and we thoroughly agree that it is well deserved!

“Best restaurant in downtown Bethlehem.”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 19 April 2014 via mobile

Looking for the best place to eat in downtown Bethlehem? Apollo is it! Food is always outstanding. We try something new each time and are never disappointed. Whether dining in or grabbing a sandwich and relaxing at Tunes at Twilight, this is the place to eat.

“One of the best”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 16 April 2014

Excellent food...menu quite varied.
Will accept reservations...always good to have on Friday & Saturday evenings.

Good wine list.
Nice selection on tap.

Atmosphere can be somewhat noisy...best to go early or very late.

Accepts all Credit Cards...cash, too, of course.

“My birthday lunch”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 15 April 2014

A friend treated me to a birthday lunch recently, and I enjoyed the minestrone and the special of the day, clam pizza. The soup was flavorful and was served with a wonderful, fruity olive oil on the side. Bread was crispy and fresh. The dessert, a carrot cake with cream cheese frosting, was served with fresh mint and whipped cream.

The Apollo Grill is one of the two "power" restaurants in downtown Bethlehem. This is a place for a fine meal rather than a quick sitdown, though they do accommodate drop-in guests. The restaurant is licensed to serve alcohol and features a lengthy martini menu.
