Our dinner at Edge was a gastronomic experience! Their menu offers small, medium and large plates, plenty of variety and hints of ethnic cuisine. We started with a special appetizer of braised beef short rib spring rolls with Brie and a curried ketchup--I did not use the ketchup, but the rolls were divine. My husband sampled the pork belly small plate and it was just enough to whet your appetite but not fill you for your entrees. I had the Asian pear salad and a medium plate of mushroom risotto with chicken. (The chicken is an add-on, I believe you can add steak, shrimp, but I chose chicken) My husband had the European chicken large plate, which also came with a prosciutto risotto (that was divine) and deliciously seasoned roasted brussel sprouts. For dessert, we sampled the dessert trio, crème brule, lemon mousse and a peanut butter/chocolate dessert. All were outstanding! I might add that we brought our 7 year old with us and the staff was accommodating. (He had chicken fingers and fries that are not on the menu per se.) The environment is lovely, the wine list is impressive and the cocktail list looked amazing, unfortunately, we did not have an opportunity to try one...but we will be back :)
