We had an enjoyable meal and good drinks. In fact, both were very good. The drawback here was our server. He tried far too hard to be funny or entertaining or show his acting skills.....something odd, let's put it that way. Beyond this annoyance, he disappeared for long periods of time and forgot portions of our orders along the way. We would go back in the future and would just make sure we steer clear of that guy!

Recently went to the Edge with friends for Happy Hour drinks and appetizers. Though the bar area is small and right next to the entrance which creates a bit of a crowded area, the drinks were good and the appetizers that we had were great. We will definitely go back and enjoy dinner.

Our dinner at Edge was a gastronomic experience! Their menu offers small, medium and large plates, plenty of variety and hints of ethnic cuisine. We started with a special appetizer of braised beef short rib spring rolls with Brie and a curried ketchup--I did not use the ketchup, but the rolls were divine. My husband sampled the pork belly small plate and it was just enough to whet your appetite but not fill you for your entrees. I had the Asian pear salad and a medium plate of mushroom risotto with chicken. (The chicken is an add-on, I believe you can add steak, shrimp, but I chose chicken) My husband had the European chicken large plate, which also came with a prosciutto risotto (that was divine) and deliciously seasoned roasted brussel sprouts. For dessert, we sampled the dessert trio, crème brule, lemon mousse and a peanut butter/chocolate dessert. All were outstanding! I might add that we brought our 7 year old with us and the staff was accommodating. (He had chicken fingers and fries that are not on the menu per se.) The environment is lovely, the wine list is impressive and the cocktail list looked amazing, unfortunately, we did not have an opportunity to try one...but we will be back :)

We typically sit at the bar or in lounge area for appetizers...we think the best item is the Spicy Tuna Tartare!

We had a large party of 6 with a baby and they were more than accommodating. The restaurant is really lovely. We arrived early and by the time we left two and one-half hours later, the bar was lively. The drink menu was varied and original and we sampled several drinks, all good. We ordered a huge variety and small and medium plates so we could share and each of them was wonderful. For dessert we ordered the Trio. All was good, but the lemon mousse was the best - probably because we were so full.
