“Great Mexican Food”
Reviewed 8 April 2013

This past Saturday my husband and I dined at Mexico Lindo in Bethlehem. This is a small Mexican restaurant occupying one half of a double home on Main Street. It’s also a BYOB. We arrived early and got a window seat which was really very nice. There aren’t many tables in the restaurant and only a few were occupied by the time we left. As I said, we were there early. The waitress supplied chips and two types of salsa. The chips and salsa were all very good. The menu is pretty extensive and it was hard to figure out what some things were so we asked the waitress for recommendations. She was very nice and answered all our questions. The food came pretty quickly and it was all really good. It’s hard to say how authentic everything was but it had a lot of good flavor and we will definitely go back.

“Fresh and authentic!”
Reviewed 24 March 2013 via mobile

Pico, guac, beef nachos, fajitas, tacos, everything is so fresh and delicious! We eat there every week! A Valley favorite! The service is spotty but the food is so good you just overlook it!

“Fantastic”
Reviewed 16 March 2013

This little gem is getting more and more crowded just by word of mouth. The food is great and very reasonably priced. Fajita average $10. Quesidillas average $4.50. 3 tacos for $6. Take outs available and not much seating so you may have to wait but its worth it.

“Flavorful stop in downtown Bethlehem-easy on the wallet!”
Reviewed 14 March 2013

Mexico Lindo is a deli/restaurant in downtown Bethlehem on Main street. They have an online menu, food is very very flavorful. The restaurant is on a corner, look for the signs hung as you might otherwise miss it- it is a converted house.

It's so worth the stop if you happen to be in town for a college visit to Moravian or Lehigh, or attending Musikfest or Celtic Fair or Chriskindlemart. Parking is on street via meters. For a little under an hour you'll need fifty cents to park. There are parking garages around the corner but they cost more.

The nachos are fresh made, so are the salsas. Try anything with the Mexican chorizo in it...delish! If you enjoy watching a wildly popular show about diners, drive-ins and dives on a famous Network, this place will certainly remind you of that show. Its food is a hidden gem. Its not upscale, is in dire need of some updated renovations and new decor but looking past that, sit down and have yourself a heck of a meal!
