“Overpriced for what you get”
Reviewed 30 June 2014

We stayed one night on our way to Las Vegas the room was a decent size but the whole hotel is very dated and in dire need of updating. Apart from that that the room was quiet, clean and had comfy beds, TV had a small choice of channels all of which were fuzzy so we didn't bother watching it.
The main issue was the bathroom, although clean with plenty of towels it smelt revolting. Like wet, foisty knickers as my friend put it. We discovered it was the shower curtain. Perhaps shower doors are needed in this day and age not a wet smelly rag?
Ok for one night but not more than that.

Room Tip: Ask for a quiet room

The place was old and overpriced. The breakfast foods were stale and the toaster didn't work well and they ran out of several items. There wasn't enough space to even sit down to eat with the amount of people there.

Pros:
Comfy bed. Clean sheets and towels. Low price. Plenty of parking. Close to restaurants etc. Has laundry facility ($2 washer. $1 soap. 75c for dryer). Friendly helpful staff.

Cons:
Not so great breakfast - stale donuts and watered down juice. Old TV which worked fine though. Room wasn't ready when we arrived but we didn't mind waiting for it to be cleaned.

Overall:
Had no major issues! Perfect if you just want a cheap, clean place to stop overnight.

The facility is an older building that is in need of maintenance. Outside looks shabby. Rooms inside show signs of major wear. Doors don't close properly or drag on carpet. Wifi does not work in our room. AC fan is noisy from rubbing on case. AC filter s not clean.

Room Tip: Choose another Motel

Wanted to spend a night at Mammoth Lakes. Price was very reasonable for this hotel or whatever it is operated by Wyndham Hotels Corp(!?). Are you for real?? I would be ASHAMED to rent any of the rooms if I was management of this hotel (by the way I used to work in the Hotel Industry - so I know what I am talking about). It was dirty! It was so used up, outdated and old. Carpets are so dirty my shoes were refusing to step on the carpets and yelling No! No!..Never seen or been to a hotel like this one. And the included breakfast(!)..definitely run away, go to McDonalds or anywhere else. I wanted to walk through a "car wash" to feel clean....if you catch my drift. I am not able to rate this hotel, sorry, it has to be a negative number and not avail in the ratings, it is less than one or terrible..

Room Tip: Go to another hotel!
