Although it is a beautiful old church building, I was not too interested in going by since we were on a very quick trip to Philadelphia, and it didn't seem so interesting to warrant a stop. But without question it was the highlight of my few hours in this wonderfully historic and architecturally beautiful city. To sit where our founding fathers sat changed my perspective: Many of our founding fathers sought guidance from our heavenly Father in this place, and worshipped him there! Our history, in it's right context.
