Wonderful hotel within walking distance to the Philadelphia Old Town Square. The hotel room was very spacious, clean and had a wonderful view. The bathroom was also very nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and courteous. Housekeeping did an exceptional job of freshening the room in the morning. Highly recommend becoming a Select Guess to have coffee and paper delivered to the room in the morning as well as a turn down bed service at night. We hadn't used the restaurant, but the lounge was very nice and accommodating which offers a full service bar as well as a wide selection on their menu if choose to get a bite to eat. They offer a very nice fitness center and lap pool. What was a clincher for this hotel was it is conveniently located to all Old Philly had to offer, no car was needed. We will certainly return to this hotel!

We drove around the block a few times because we weren't sure about where hotel parking was. I got out & my hubby drove around the block again. The first person I came into contact with was Andy- the door man. What a great first impression he gave to the hotel! So friendly, kind and just plain helpful! He gave us the parking options ($27 self parking-$37 for valet- if you are staying for more than one day, valet is probably the best deal, as you can come and go at no extra cost). I checked in (with Wendy-I think). so quick and so polite! As I waited in the lobby for my hubby to come from the parking garage (located directly behind the hotel) I saw Andy interact with many hotel guests and greeted them like family! The 2 girls at the front desk greeted everyone with a smile and there was one girl who came up and was having issues with her credit card and they were very polite (when even I was tired of listening to her). Our room was very nice and clean and comfortable. It is situated so that you can easily see all the historic sights with in a few blocks. We had room service as we had had a long day at Hershey Park and didn't want to go out. We had hot sandwiches and they were very good. The service was incredible there too! Check out went smoothly & quickly. We really enjoyed our stay. Cons..the windows are very thin and you can hear every conversation on the street below & we were 4 floors up. The room walls were very thin and we could clearly hear our neighbors. Pros...We didn't check out til noon and we never once had housekeeping knocking on our door- we actually never even heard any doors being pecked on- (that was very refreshing- not feeling like you are being rushed out of your room by impatient staff).

We stayed at the Omni in Philadelphia for a wedding. The hotel was very nice and in a perfect location for all the historical attractions in Philadelphia. The staff was very friendly and the hotel room comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

We recently stayed at the Omni Hotel in Philadelphia and had a wonderful experience. The room was very clean, the bed dreamy and we truly enjoyed our stay. Our only complaint is that the hotel bar is poorly stocked and the bartender is not very sophisticated in terms of mixology. You can order very standard beverage fare, but nothing special.

This hotel is both beautiful and in a great location. The room was spacious, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. However, the best aspect of staying at this hotel was how kind and helpful the staff were. I have stayed in other hotels in the Philadelphia area and the service was not comparable to the Omni. My stay here was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had.

This hotel is also located within walking distance to many historical sites including Independence Hall and the Liberty Bell. I requested a room on an upper floor during my recent stay and could see Independence Hall from my room.

The hotel offers valet parking for $37 and you have in & out privileges. Check out was at 11:00 am and they allow you to keep your car there on the day of checkout without extra charge so you can sightsee. For a lower rate you can park overnight without in & out privileges.

I have to say that the service provided by the staff at the Omni was fantastic. They went above and beyond the level of service expected. The room was clean. Complimentary milk and cookies brought up to the room for my kids. Quiet night's rest on a clean comfortable bed. The hotel is walking distance to much of the key Philadelphia sites too. We will stay here again when in Philly.

We booked this hotel because it was so close to the Liberty Bell and Independence Hall. The hotel was very clean and the service was excellent. My children loved getting milk and cookies before bedtime. Become a select guest if you book this hotel.
