We were in the area for a lacrosse tournament and had a party of ten. We waited about 30 minutes on a Saturday afternoon to be seated - not unreasonable at all. Once seated the wait staff did a great job making suggestions and taking our drink orders. Our table ultimately ordered many different items from the menu. Without hesitation the french toast was the biggest hit, their hamburgers second and omelets last - but absolutely no one left disappointed or hungry. Portions were huge and each brought with it amazing flavors that exceeded expectations. In fact, my son ate my wife's leftover hamburger (cold) for breakfast the next morning because 'it would be a crime for it to go to waste' ~ his words! They've done a great job inside with comfortable seats and tables even though the space is narrow.

The only negatives are they 1) do not accept credit cards and 2) will not split your check. While our families were prepared with cash in hand and can do our own math to split the bill, you won't know this until you show up. For your convenience they have an ATM in their building which ironically charges you the 'convenience fee' which likely makes them some extra coin. This didn't effect our meal or satisfaction because we were prepared.

Without hesitation we will make this a stop if we happen to be in Philadelphia again!

We didn’t have too long of a wait. But even if we did- totally worth it!!
The staff were very attentive.
We got eggs benny and spicy chicken eggs benny sandwich.
So much food- the grits were creamy and savory- the rosemary potatoes were packed full of flavor- the bacon was crisp and salty and the eggs cooked perfectly.
Must go back!!!

Line was long, but our party of four only waited about 20 minutes for a table. The restaurant is super small, tight fit but the food was outstanding. I ordered the eggs benedict and it was quite good. waitress was efficient and we were out of there quickly. I don't think it would be a good place to sit and visit, hard to get comfortable. other than that, no complaints.

What a breakfast! Had the pecan pie French toast. Wish I could have stayed another day just to eat there again. Well worth the wait. A must if you love breakfast.
