A nice moderate size hotel with a fine staff who are friendly and efficient and try to accommodate their guests. our junior suite was reasonably priced and attractively furnished in mostly comfortable sofa and chair. The bed was comfortable with nice linens. Breakfast was nicely served by attentive staff that were not annoying. The smoked salmon & bagel was very good if a little bit too much food. A short walk to some good restaurants and a wuick cab ride to most things. We will stay there again.

We just had the most pleasant stay at the Hotel Palomar. This is a very cool but not over the top funky hotel in a perfect spot for shopping, sight seeing and dining. The hotel is kept very clean and fresh and the service was excellent without being overbearing. We walked out to dinner, to the old city, to the Museum of Art and the Franklin Institute. So many interesting places are within walking distance of this premium hotel, that wasn't a premium price. I highly recommend this hotel. I will stay again when we go back to this very interesting city that has character oozing out at the seams.

Just stayed at this hotel and had great experience. The location is superb, just 2 blocks from Rittenhouse Square and nearby to many great restaurants and sights. The package we had included parking, which is a huge positive for travelers and as a member of the Kimpton program (you can enroll the same day) you get free wifi. Our deluxe room was spacious, had a great bathroom and a great view of city. Breakfast in their restaurant was reasonable and excellent. The service was the best. We had made reservation at another Kimpton property in Philadelphia and we realized it as we were coming into town. The staff arranged for us to stay at the Palomar and get our reservation switched with no effort on our part. What great service!!!!

Great customer service and a comfy, clean room. Work out room was adequate. Loved the wine hour and morning coffee. Very fun decor and cheerful crowd. Breakfast was very good, especially the local sausage and mimosas. The location cannot be beat. Walking distance to great restaurants, spas, bars, drug stores, etc.

This is my second stay at a Palomar and it was super. The check-in is seamless, the room is always perfect and if I've forgotten anything, the staff will always help.

Oh and did I mentioned the free wine at 5?

I wouldn't change a thing.

Room Tip: Always request a room away from the elevator!

My husband and I chose the Hotel Palomar to celebrate our 34th wedding anniversary and we are very, very glad that we did. From the moment we drove up to the front of the Hotel, we were treated like royalty from the bell hop who took and stored our bags (until our room was ready), to the desk clerks who were able to upgrade us to a King Bed Suite, to the Concierge who sent up complimentary champagne and dessert tray. We fell in love with our room, modern yet comfortable and the spa tub was a wonderful way to relax in the evening. Everything was perfect, including the late night room service. We have decided to return again next year! What an AWESOME experience.! Great job Hotel Palomar!

Room Tip: The King Bed Suite had extra room and a door to close off the bedroom from the sitting area, both of...
