We loved our stay at this hotel. We had a big room on the 11th floor, theres free bottled water on each floor, gym on the 12th or you can have equipment sent to ur room. Theres a folder in the room with food menus at very reasonable prices which you can have delivered from around philly to ur room. You just pay a 2.50 dollar fee and pay the food bill on check out. They also offer discounted parking in a place just down from the hotel. The staff were friendly and the place was clean and tidy. Good location for things too.

We loved the location, right in the middle of everything. Good customer service, free bottled water, clean room & bathroom. The only thing that could've been better was the bed. It wasn't very comfortable to sleep on.

The hotel looks great and the rooms are nice despite being small. Still, if you are a non-smoker you might want to look elsewhere. The hotel allows smoking on its 3rd floor, however they were booked up and apparently booked smokers on the other floors. The person in the room next to me must have been a prolific smoker because our room was marinating in it. My wife is allergic to cigarette smoke so it made for an unpleasant stay. We called the front desk and were advised that the smokers floor was full and they must have placed smokers in the other floors. We were advised that we should open our window to get some fresh air!??? Additionally the hotel runs a promotion of 15% off the bill for the restaurant on the premises and charge it to the room. The waitress told us that the discount would be calculated at check-out, but it was not. The discount would have amounted to around only $25 or so, but I felt like I had been lied to by the staff. When I asked them to correct it, the front desk attendant advised me that he did not know how, and that the bill "looked like it had been discounted already". He was now accusing me of lying! Overall a terrible stay, and I'm generally pretty forgiving.

No private parking or valet...parking garage around the corner discounted for hotel guests. Check in was quick and easy - much like a bank ATM. I saw at least 3 in the lobby so I can't image there would ever be too long of a wait to check in or out.

Room size was OK, however, the bathroom was very, very, VERY small. No tub, no counter space. Only other mirror in the room was inside the closet door so it was impossible for both of us to get ready at the same time.

Great location in walking distance to plenty of places to eat and shop.

The location was very convenient and while the staff were friendly, they insisted that we use the electronic check in option instead of helping us themselves. Why pay staff if they are just going to direct you to the auto check in??? Which, funnily enough, wasn't working properly and they had to check us in themselves.
We got home from dinner about 10:30 and proceeded to hear our neighbors have sex. To be fair to them, they weren't being that loud, its just that the walls were paper thin. Awkward. Despite being on the 9th floor and facing an alley, we could hear everything on the street below. I mean I could hear the conversations of the people as they left the bar at 2:30 a.m. and randomly at 5 a.m. there was a crazy person screaming at the top of their lungs for about 5 mins. Granted, its not the hotels fault that there are crazy people on the street or that drunk people tend to be obnoxiously loud. What the hotel could use is some double glazing as I don't think its too much to not hear the street noise from 10 stories up.
