I love kebab, kofta, and across Chestnut there appear to be a bunch of places including afghan and turkish. But this place seemed relaxed, welcoming and cheaper. It was just that and a nice late lunch - back of the place with a bunch of students having wine and sheesha, but not too noisy. Grilled lamb and adana kofta - great. The women serving are also doing much of the cooking and prep, so things move fast and efficiently. It's not super elegant, but I don't think of this kind of food as always elegant - more like what we have seen in Doner places in Istanbul.
