We’d heard a lot about Saad’s and finally got around to going. Alas, we won’t rush back. The food was priced right, if you value large portion sizes; we had enough left over for supper at home the next night. But the food tasted just so-so. The chicken kabob chunks were large but dry. The rice was plentiful but bland. The tabouli was tasty, but the menu offers no real veggie side dishes. The potato salad was loaded with mayonnaise. For seating, you’re crammed into very tight chairs and tables, so it’s not a relaxing or easy-going meal.
