We had a very pleasant two days in the Hyatt. Room was on the 20th floor overlooking the river. Amenities were good. We had the breakfast buffet, which included omelets and numerous other items. Staff in the restaurant and at the desk were friendly and helpful.

Thank you for going out of your way to share your input on your stay at Hyatt Regency Philadelphia at Penn’s Landing! It is fantastic to hear that you had such a pleasant stay. The breakfast buffet is a great way to start off the day and I’m glad you were able to enjoy the many offerings that are included. I am glad that you found the staff in the restaurant and front desk to be friendly and helpful. I hope we can welcome you back on your next trip to Philadelphia.

This was the first time I stay at the Hyatt in Philadelphia. Previously I have always booked the Marriott downtown, so I was a bit reluctant at staying a bit further at Penn's Landing. Granted the location is not as central, but Center City is still walkable in 30 minutes or a small cab fare or 3 subway stops away.

The view of the Delaware River and partially the city from my 12th floor room was very beautiful. Something that I didn't have at the Marriott. The room is extremely comfortable, since I asked to switch from a 2 double bed room to a king bed ADA room. So obviously the bathroom was huge. Everything was generally in good order, except there is some dust around the furniture that needs slightly better house keeping.

Although I wanted to use the pool, I didn't really had the time. My only complaint is that like most chain hotels, the in room is not free. Which these days should not be an added service. So I just used my data plan on my phone. For two days it's not a big issue.

Have stayed here for a weekend in December the last 2 years. It was a high volume weekend, so the place was pretty expensive, even booking it out a long time, so I can't speak too much to value.
First off, staff and service have been very good. Never any problems with front desk, bell or valet. We ended up using their car service as well, very quick and convenient.
Rooms are spacious and clean, big bathroom with double doors. Common areas are more mid-range, nice but small. Never ate at the restaurants, though the nice one on ground floor seemed to be doing good business.
For those of you with dreams of walking everywhere from here, this is not that hotel. It is nice, but I think you are going to be driving where you want to go. Location is a bit of a drawback here, nothing very close by. Still, short drives to everything, but definitely not downtown

I have been to Philadelphia before in the past, but In and Out----Never had to stay, we stood here in the Spring months and was very pleased. Check-In was smooth, (you can Self-Check In at a Kiosk, if that is your thing). I am a travel agent, and usually stay at Hyatts when travelling domestic, --at some point prior to arriving, I usually take advantage of the upgrade offers....well worth it. The Hotel was in a good location, we was able to walk over the bridge to the town, where we did shopping, people watching, had to get a "cheesesteak". I enjoyed my weekend at the hotel and had No Worries. Very modern looking rooms, it was perfect for us. :)
