“Good food but soo crowded”
Reviewed 1 July 2014

After over an hour wait in the crowded front bar area we were seated. Our waiter was very nice and very accommodating when we asked if we could get an appetizer version of one of their main dishes. The food was delicious and was almost worth waiting an hour for. Overall I'm glad we went. I would have given 5 stars if they had some place to sit while you wait for a table or had a lesser wait time.

“Well worth the trip”
Reviewed 28 June 2014

We went and hour-and-a-half out of our way to return to this restaurant. We have eaten here several times before and each time has been amazing. This is one of those restaurants that if we are within an hour or two away, we stop in. We have been to many Irish pubs and this is one of our favorites. Absolutely delicious food. You must try the Crab and Red Pepper soup. If they have the Chicken and Mushroom soup as a special, order it! Their black pudding is also fantastic. The beef stew and shepherds pie are absolutely great. Reservations fill up quick. They have tables available for walk-ins.

“Outstanding!”
Reviewed 28 June 2014 via mobile

My wife and I ate here based on trip advisor recommendations and we were not disappointed. After a 40 minute wait on a Friday night, we sat down to a terrific meal. My wife had the Jalapeño Burger and French Onion Soup while I had the Old Bay Wings and Fish & Chips. The soup was the best ever and what a value for under $5. We would have gladly paid double. The wings were excellent and the presentation was very nice. She enjoyed the burger and I found the Fish & Chips to be the best I have had south of New England. Service was excellent. Our waitress never stopped and she couldn't as the place was packed. The one criticism is that the place is two small. They have two bars and maybe 15 tables. It's a shame they don't have more space as this kid of food should be enjoyed by more people. This will be a regular stop when we are in the area.

“Great customer service”
Reviewed 27 June 2014

After a not so pleasant experience at the Dobbin House the night before, I was elated to have Derrick wait on us! He was able to work around my food allergies to provide a great meal for me. He and the chef did a fabulous job!!! Hats off to you both!

“Authentic Irish Pub (it's kinda hidden, don't walk past it!)”
Reviewed 27 June 2014

This is a great Irish pub, dark wood, Murphy's on tap, perfect pub feel. The outside is very understated, almost just looks like someone's house. Very cool place, didn't get to try the food because we were just there for drinks, but the food I saw going out looked awesome!
