Owner description: A walking tour that concludes inside a haunted house. Weekly special events include Midnight House Tours. Nightly walking tours are just the beginning. Gettysburg is a hotbed of ghostly activity and the spirits are mighty restless. Step inside the Haunted Orphanage, where innocent children were tortured by a cruel and abusive matron. Venture into the Jennie Wade House, site of the Battle's only civilian death, and where something lingers still... Ride the Ghost Bus to some of Gettysburg's most haunted landmarks or even host your own paranormal investigation. This is Ghostly Images of Gettysburg...where we step back and let the Spirits guide your experience. What will you see?

We had a wonderful time on this tour. Our guide Cheryl started out reenacting Rosa Carmichael, and did a wonderful job of being Rosa, scaring a few of the members of our group. The story she told brought to life the story of the horrors visited upon the children that lived at the orphanage. Many of the things that were done do those children were bad, but bringing to life was well done by our tour guide. Then after the reenactment, she told us about the rest of the story that was known. We then got to do some ghost hunting with a provided KII meter and one of our group used his phone to try to get EVPs. We had a great time on this tour and would do it again!! I would love to have Cheryl as our guide again!

I’ve been on a few ghost tours and this is probably one of the better ones. The story is of Rosa Carmichael who became the mistress of the orphanage for children of deceased soldiers.

Our tour guide was Cheryl who for part of the tour, played the part of Rosa. She had a way of drawing you into her tale.

This is a must see!!

We enjoyed our tour! Our guide (an older gentleman) was awesome!! He made it so fun with his storytelling. We learned some things about Gettysburg we hadn’t heard before. I would recommend to all!

We were too early for the tour but we decided to at least see the presentation along with doing some filming for a project for my husband. The staff was really nice and accommodating even though our kids were somewhat grumpy after being in a car all day.
At first my oldest, who is three, was excited to go in and see ghosts, but then she started acting strange, whimpering and clinging onto her dad. We told her there was nothing to worry about but she kept saying something about the door so we had to take her out. Afterwards she kept pointing to the skeletons on sale and saying "ghost"! She also kept trying to get her dad and little sister to leave the presentation. Her little sister also started getting scared and also had to leave, despite nothing scary having really happened yet.
It seemed like a really fun presentation, but I guess the ghosts decided we weren't going to see it this time.
