We stayed at the Brickhouse in for 2 nights in the South Carolina room and it was perfect! The room was VERY clean, the staff was friendly and the cook was fabulous! We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this B&B!

We loved the location, the landscaping, the food, the room. The staff was really helpful and gave us a lot of good ideas for things to do and places to eat. The backyard was probably our favorite part. Perfect for sitting out before or after a long day of touring.

We stayed here for 2 nights and loved it. Our room was on the 3rd floor. Yeah, there's no elevator but it's not that big of a deal. Travel light! ;o) We stayed in the NY room, beautifully decorated, comfy bed, nice bathroom. They had a binder of local info including restaurants, etc. They served a wonderful, 3-course breakfast out on the terrace which is surrounded by a very nice garden. There are outdoor sitting areas, including porch rockers. They had homemade cookies available in the afternoon and very helpful hosts. It was quiet the first night but there was quite a lot of road noise the 2nd night so try to aim for a room on the back or side of the building if you can.

Room Tip: Try for a room on the back or side to avoid or at least decrease road noise.

We stayed one night at the B&B and the second at the 4 bed house (private, large, quiet, quaint, historical, well appointed)! Both in town, walking distance to everything (food and activities). Both locations have lovely yards for sitting outside, excellent HVAC, FREE PARKING AND VERY REASONABLE RATES.

Room Tip: To the back off the main road.

We can't say enough about this lovely Inn. The atmosphere was absolutely wonderful and it is a beautiful place, inside and out. The breakfasts are beyond delicious with attention to detail. I would recommend this Inn to everyone! The staff was very accommodating and friendly. This was our second B&B and the BEST!!!

Room Tip: We stayed on the third floor but any room is beautiful, clean and a great choice.
