We stayed in this location on 4/3/05 with a Folio # 128514. In order to check in we were required to present a credit card, a copy of our AARP card and a drivers license. This is pretty standard except for the drivers license. Not only that a copy was made of each card. After paying my bill I requested the copy of my drivers license and my request was denied. The credit card transaction was processed so one wonders why you would need my drivers license info after my bill was paid. I would like to know what you do with this informations and how secure it is stored. I think this requirement to use Masters is over the top in view of the idenity theft problem that exists today. This is especially true with this location in view of the level of competition that exists in the area. I will certainly look at the alternatives on my next stay in Jacksonville around the Butler Dlvd area.
