“Modern and deluxe!”
Reviewed 9 January 2014 via mobile

This hotel is modern but cozy. Spotless but not sterile feeling. Service was good and the people friendly. The bar and restaurant were very nice too. Plus it's pet friendly so our little dog was welcome too.

My family stayed here for a brief opportunity to catch up with family. We reserved two rooms - a double for the kids and a King for my wife and I. We booked here primarily for location but we were pleasantly surprised by the value of this mid-priced hotel. As a Platinum IHG member, we were given an upgraded view of the lake and two $5 vouchers.

The rooms were spacious and clean with an upscale spa-like feel.

The lobby/cafe was comfortable for hosting the group of about 12 people. The service and pricing extremely affordable. The staff was attentive and friendly.

There are a number of restaurants - mostly higher end - within walking distance. We chose the Corner Bistro across the street for a late night snack which was brilliant. Wonderful food and significant wine selection. The owner was a gifted pianist and singer and made the occasion even more memorable.

The breakfast in the cafe was fresh and extremely affordable. Two egg breakfast was only $3.50. Many other choices in the $6-$7 range.

As expected in this price range hotel, there is no bell hop and parking can be a short walk from the main entrance - but free.

I have paid much more to stay in much worse hotels. I would stay here again for both business and/or personal travel.

Room Tip: The lake view (even numbered rooms) would have been worth paying a few dollars for.

Beautiful hotel with clean rooms and high ceilings. The pictures posted don't do the rooms justice. In my world this is the perfect location. Very near shopping and about 10 miles from the beach. Only two suggestions would be exhaust fans in the bathrooms and a key entry on the side door.

Great hotel. A group of us stayed here for 3 days during the Florida/Georgia game weekend. The staff was very accomodating and nice. The rooms were modern and contemporary. Loved the shower and the wood floors. The bar and restaurant downstairs was great. Didn't really even need to leave the hotel.

We stayed here for a three-day weekend visiting for a family get-together. The hotel
was clean, comfortable & in a quiet location off of Tapestry Park. The decor is a colorful
& contemporary design with parking next door. Hotel staff were very friendly & helpful.
The hotel also has extensive amenities for the business traveler. The dining room offers
a wide variety of food items, a bar area with outdoor seating by the lake, and room service.
There is also an outdoor pool/hot tub.

Tapestry Park is right out the front door & has a variety of restaurant options from
upscale seating to take out. Minutes away is St. Johns Town Center, a large shopping
complex. This was a very pleasant hotel experience & would stay here again. Please
note, you will need to take your bags up to your room.

Room Tip: pick a view over the water (small lake).

The Indigo has rooms that are very nicely decorated. I have stayed at this hotel 5 times. It is located within walking distance to other eating establishments and they do have a Bistro Bar that has food and drinks. They do follow up on your visit and send reminders of upcoming visits.

Best hotel in Jacksonville that we have found. Staff is extremely friendly and the rooms are amazing. Airy, clean and contemporary. They also have a small splash pool, jacuzzi and small fitness center. There are a few restaurant choices in Tapestry Park which are all in walking distance and dinning at the hotel. All of this and the prices are great!
