“Great venu”

Have seen a few productions her and there is not a bad seat in the house. The only issue I could see would be if you have vertigo. Not to big, just right to feel intimate with the performance.

“Great funky theatre”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 19 March 2014

The Florida Theatre feels like you are stepping back in time; it is a wonderful old place and the seats are all great since it's an intimate environment. I have seen several concerts there and enjoyed it very much. Unfortunately, there isn't a lot in downtown Jacksonville to do afterwards, but before the concert, there are a lot of good local restaurants around to eat at.

“Memory making”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 8 March 2014

Went to the Jennifer Nettles concert and also to see very talented Brandi Clark who opened. Very historic property saved from the wrecking ball. It was wonderful to take it all in, very grand in its day I'm sure. No elevators so many steps to get to balcony. Seats in balcony have a good view of stage. Seats are tight and not ideal for big people. Acoustics fine. Enjoyed the low key ambiance.
