My wife says this is the greatest place Jacksonville has to offer. We do go here to shop quite a bit and dine at the many restaurants often. You won't be disappointed!

“Outdoor village”
Reviewed 22 July 2014 via mobile

This mall has many stores, from the priciest, fair priced, to inexpensive. The setup of the mall is inconvenient when it comes to small children that are tired/annoyed of walking because it's a long mall. I think it should've been set up as more of a square for convenience. There ate many stores and restaurants. Nordstrom is finally coming soon in early fall. Nordstrom rack, Ross, Dollar Store, Target, And DSW are some larger stores nearby. I Think a golf cart would be perfect while shopping. :-p

“Shop til you drop!”

This is a great outdoor mall in Jacksonville. There is a nice variety of stores that include upscale to midscale level shopping. There is plenty of parking and eateries which make it as event that can last the whole day. It's a fun day for the whole family with a variety of stores for adults and children. I was very happy to find a Sephora store and also a PF Chang's. I would definitely recommend this as a destination for something to do in Jacksonville.

“Fantastic Shopping, Eating, Living District On River City Drive”
Reviewed 12 July 2014

What surprised me about Town Center, which is a Simon development, is the sheer size of it. It's very large for this area, and attractively designed too. I expected a large, outdoor strip-mall, maybe in a u-shape and with nice landscaping. What I found was a sprawling, professionally-landscaped, shopping district comprised of many sections, including residential and free-standing shops and restaurants.

The regular anchor stores are there, such as Dillards, a small Target, and Dick's. Nordstrom's, a not so average upscale department store, is scheduled to open in October this year (2014). You'll also find Ashley Furniture, Ballard Designs, PetsMart, DSW Shoe, Clarks and Barnes & Noble to name a few. For the thrifty-minded there's a Dollar Tree, and for the religious-minded there's a LifeWay store. There's even an Artsy Abode for the creative-minded shopper. Upscale and better shops abound, like Tiffany, Pandora and Louis Vuitton. You can refill at one of many restaurants, including Ted's Montana Grill, PF Chang or Mitchell's Fish Market. There are also beautiful strolling and sitting areas throughout the property where you can rest and people-watch.

I like Town Center for the reason that most do. Just about everything that a shopper would need is there. This includes general products and services, as well as window-shopping eye-candy. However, I don't care for bustling crowds and parking wars, so I try to visit during slow times. While there's ample parking, at least 2 city buses will drop you off if you're visiting and prefer not to drive. You can even stay at the Homewood Suites by HIlton that adjoins the property, and be in the district within a few steps. If you visit towards the end of the year, you'll enjoy Town Center decked out in her holiday finery, and looking absolutely splendid.

“Enjoyable afternoon ”
Reviewed 5 July 2014 via mobile

We had a mission to visit the Apple store and succeeded in spending the afternoon shopping and looking. Parking lots are a bit confusing but persistence pays off. Lots of choices for eating and shopping. Has it all.
