We headed to this hotel after a 5 day trip in Tampa at Embassy Suites and after hitting the Daytona race. We arrived late (about 12:30). When we got there a button on the microwave was stuck beeping. My husband called downstairs because in order to stop it he was going to have to move a large piece of furniture to so it. That is what the desk told him to do unless we wanted to move right then with our 2 small children. I noticed it smelled really funny too but I thought it was because the air was off. The next day we left early for St Augustine. When we got back that evening I told my husband something had to be wrong. I looked in the air conditioned it was covered in mold. When I went to the hot tub and looked up I noticed our room was the only one with condensation on it. When I told the front desk she just said thanks. I have been a Marriott rewards member for a while and just stayed in an older Fairfield for a conference in June. I am very disappointed in the quality of our room. I have pictures that show the problem. The hotel is a nice hotel I just think we got a bad room and the employees should have known that and done something.More
