Contrary to recent negative reviews, I was delighted by my stay at the Radisson. I was in town overnight for a business meeting. Every member of the staff gave excellent customer service! Check in was terrific, with the front desk lady offering empathy and great recommendations for dinner. An after-dinner drink in the lounge brought delightful conversation with a very friendly and kind bartender. She and the guests present had a great time watching a comedy show on the TV and helping everyone relax.

My room featured the famous sleep-number bed, lots of TV channels and nice, clean amenities. Having a fridge and microwave were a bonus, as well as the free wi-fi. The halls were wonderfully quiet all night long...a real plus!

Breakfast in the hotel restaurant was fine---lots of food for the price with great service.

All, in all, this is a great choice for business travelers in South Jax.

Was not impressed with this hotel. Average is the best thing I can say for it. The rooms were ok the sheets were not the best and the pillows were poly fiber filled. Might as well say "Generic" on the outside of the building.

The only reason I would not recommend this hotel is because there are better choices in that area.

As a Massage Therapist, I have had several clients from the Radisson Hotel. The place is very nice and clean. The rooms are very nice, like a 5 star hotel.

I live in Jacksonville. The hotel’s location is very convenient on my way home from work. Few times I stopped there on Sundays to get a drink and check the football score.
The bartender is a joke. A lady with short hair from Colorado…. Let me tell you that woman does not know how to entertain customers and could not stop talking negative about the management. She asked me if I wanted to check the menu. How could I? Few minutes earlier she was telling me how cheap the manager was to buy all that “crappy staff and expecting to make a profit off of it”. The manager above her is so lame and he would not do anything about it.
The following portion was about her co workers and negative as well. She was complaining about not getting paid enough and that everyone in there was stealing form her. A young girl came to the bar. She told me that is her child she needs to take with her to work because she could not afford paying the baby sitter. What business place allows this?
I was not interested in her drama and ignored her. Next thing she grabbed a book to read. She was so into that book, she could not hear me asking few times for my check.
I do not think I want to go back unless there is a different person working.

Went the Radisson route as opposed to the usual Country Inn & Suites as it was closer to the Coliseum and cheaper. Radisson is a cut above Country Inn in the fact that they have Sleep Number beds and a full service restaurant and bar. Other than that they are of similiar excellent quality. Also like the fact that Dave and Buster's was right next door, although I dropped about $250 on games!!!

I traveled here w/ my husband for his work and was left at the hotel all day...with nothing to do! The gym is very, very tiny so don't expect to stay there too long.
