“Great down to earth home cooking.”
Reviewed 17 August 2011

My family and I stopped there on a summer trip to visit the north coast of Oregon. I must say for a small diner they have some great old fashioned home cooking. They have a great menu with a large selection of all the American classic diner food. Nice friendly service, and a good family atmosphere. Most of all try the Logger Burger a full pound it is one of the best tasting & biggest burgers in the state of Oregon.

“The high climber room”
Reviewed 28 August 2010

My friends and i went out last night and im allergic to any fruit that is fuzzy. i told the bar tender that i am allergic to those fruits and well he made me a drink that was peach well i started to get a sore throat after drinking it. so i told the jerry the bar tender that it had peaches in it and he just laughed. im sorry but its not funny when ur throat starts to close. and on top of it all he still charged me for the drink. i told him i was going to speak with maryanne the owner the next day.
So i spoke with maryanne the next day and she totally blew me off and said that i couldn't have gotten a sore throat cause of it because its artificually flavored. well thats not true.
All of our friends that was there that night will never go back. that bartender (JERRY) is a idiot and needs to get fired for serving something that could kill them and then laughing about it.

and another part of the night two of our friends were hugging and yes they had been drinking so they fell into the wall and JERRY thought they were fighting and well it turned out that we got kicked out and the other guy got to stay. then he tried to pull the other guy back in the bar when he came out to just appologize for getting us kicked out.

JERRY IS HORRIBLE DON'T EVER GO TO THIS BAR WHEN HE IS WORKING SO NOT WORTH THE IT.

“The Logger Burger Is Why You Are There”
Reviewed 8 November 2009

Located on highway 30, 16 miles east of Astoria, people tend to drive by this place to get to there destination. But as a local, we know that if you want to get a great BIG, juicy hamburger, you go to the Logger. It is a wonderful hamburger and worth the drive. The fries and milkshake weren't anything special but good. I did try the clubhouse sandwich here once and, it too, was OK. The main attraction is the Logger Burger, stop and try it.
