“Great Dinner”
Reviewed 14 April 2014

We got a ride in an antique 1937 Studebaker from the Cannery Pier Hotel, and enjoyed a Filet Minion which was cook perfectly, and a Veal scallopini was very favorable. The decor was delightful and service was great too.

“Nice, and worth a visit”
Reviewed 2 April 2014 via mobile

This was our first time at this establishment. When you enter the place you are greated cordially by the receptionist and the odor of a very old building. Though the odor is not over powering, you know that this place has been here awhile. The atmosphere is very nice, sort of old world italian. We were seated right away. We were here on a Wednesday and they were not crowded at all. I had the ribeye steak and was very pleased. The steak had a very rich beef flavor and was very tender. My wife had the butternut ravioli with a cream curry sauce. It also was very pleasant. I was amazed that the sauce was not overpowering with only a hint of the curry. The reason that I didn't rate this restaurant higher was the service. Though there were only about 8 people in the restaurant the server never came back to the table to ensure everything was alright and to see if we're needed anymore bread or asked if my wife would like some extra cheese for her ravioli. Additionally, they also have a nice wine list with some nice italian wines. I would definitely return here again.

“Interesting options, pleasant service”
Reviewed 30 March 2014

Wide variety of pasta dishes with some things I haven't seen elsewhere (mustard and sausage sauce -- which was quite good).

We had no idea where to eat and The Chef Harold asked us to try this place.
We were very happy with the food Harold is an excellent host and chef, taking the time to check in us twice. He is just awesome and gracious. Thanking us for trying them.
Robyn our waitress was very good and is very knowledgable with wines.

“A favorite!!!!”
Reviewed 18 February 2014 via mobile

This is one of our favorite restraunts in Astoria. We have been here many times with friends, family, and even business associates. Anytime we have people in from out of town this is on our short list of places to eat - no one is ever disappointed. From the seared Caesar Salad to the steaks and pasta dishes they are all wonderful.
