Just the way we like it! We had the large chicken supreme pizza and it was just perfect for our late lunch/early dinner meal. Enough left so I don't have to cook tonight! Love how generous the toppings are- the same way I make it at home. The place is clean and attractive. We sat in the covered patio area because it was roomier than the order area ( no wait staff - order at the counter. ) serves on paper plates. Free refills on drinks. $22 for large supreme pizza and 1 pop. We'd come here again. Like the tree growing through the roof in the patio! Just would have liked a cold draft beer to complement the great pizza - THEN it would have scored a 5!

Theres a lot of owner history here. But basically it's been downhill since the original owners sold it 8 years ago. if you have to eat here. get a sandwich. the pizza has made out of shredded bag cheddar last time. it's about as italian as chef boy'RD

It was fairly good, and we were glad we found this place. Open only limited days but we persevered and enjoyed the dining room, which has a tree growing through the roof. The pizza was good.

I don' t know what it is about Murphy's...they have the Tripadvisor seal on the door and the food is good. Not great, but definitely good, but hardly any people. Maybe we just went on a day when nobody was around? It just had the feel of a place in limbo and the for sale sign only supported that feeling. Otherwise, the pizza was really good on a thin crust, the salads were good and the drink portions were huge. The building itself is a little funky, kind of cobbled together, but in a bit of a charming way. Since there aren't many food choices in Fort Davis, Murphy's is going to have to be on your list of possibilities and that is not a bad thing. Give it a try.

We enjoyed pizza and soda at Murphy's. The crust was crispy and the sauce very flavorful. The dining room is charming, with a tree growing in the middle and photographs of local scenes by local artists.
