“Nice views, friendly staff (TIP included)”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 30 July 2013

Start off with the TIP: call ahead to make sure the hours for the day you are visiting are as posted on the internet. We arrived an hour before closing only to find they were closing early that day due to a private event scheduled that evening resulting in an early close that day. And from talking with the staff this happens quite frequently.

The review:
The view is spectacular, plenty of photo ops up top and not very crowded with tourists (even in summer). 360 view makes for some panoramic moments. Staff is very friendly and willing to talk WITH you about any questions you may have.

“super views”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 28 July 2013

The high but quick elevator ride to the top was worth it. The views of the city are amazing. Definitely a must see and do!

“Great and unique views of Baltimore”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 16 July 2013

I never knew that you could go on top of this big office building right by the Harbor Place. You get great views all around and they had an exhibit for 9/11 as well. A truly different perspective on the city. Not that expensive and enjoyable!!!

“Great view for July 4th fireworks”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 6 July 2013

We visited the area for July 4th and needed some plans to view the fireworks. The Top of the world had a special event which included the standard burgers and dogs. They did a great job with the food, face painting for the kids and a DJ. When the fireworks started, we had a great view... very different viewing fireworks nearly at eye level. Best part was the air conditioning and bathrooms! They only negative part is that you can't hear any of the fireworks go off. Not really a negative especially if your kids don't like hearing and feeling the firework concussions.

It was especially worth the money since the area gets so severely crowded and people were staking out viewing spots hours before the fireworks.

“Great eyecandy on the observation deck”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 27 June 2013

This bland skyscraper is the one closest to the water. It is a short walk in-between the USS Constellation and the Aquarium.

You might miss the entrance due to the construction outside. The fee is a modest five quid and there are only 27 floors. But try to stop by if only to get your bearings straight.

The official map does not give justice to the great job that Baltimore has done with its Inner Harbor. Each window bay has a guidepost detailing the location of various buildings and landmarks.

There is a memorial to the victims of 9/11, complete with artifacts from the site.

After this visit you will know exactly where you came from and where you are going to next.
