First, it's cheap, also just a nice 4 mile taxi, uber, or bike ride from inner harbor, it has an amazing amount of history in there, they do a good presentation in the morning when they raise the flag, it's a great place to go, just simmering with history

Brought the kids to the East Coast to learn about early American history. They really enjoyed the visit. The visitor center has a great presentation on why the Fort is so important as the birth place of the National Anthem. The fort is in great condition and you can feel what it must have been like to stare down the British fleet.

We have not been here since we were in school, so we decided to visit. Our visit was free today, but no one told us why. We tried to pay, but they refused our money. It was a very nice day outside, so it was very pleasant to walk around the site. It is worth the visit exporing the various aspects of the Fort.

The National Park Service recently renovated this park and it's visitors center and it came out beautifully. The museum is informative and interesting and the park grounds including the fort itself immaculate. The views of the harbor and downtown are also impressie. If you're in Baltimore this should be near the top of your list.

Very interesting history of the National Anthem, and the War of 1812. Visit starts with a movie and then you move to the fort. I think the visit took about 2 hours. Highly recommend if you are visiting Baltimore.
