Owner description: This charming national historic district, dating back to the 18 century, has cobblestone streets, historic buildings, craft and antique stores, coffee houses and street fairs. Stop by the Art Gallery of Fells Point to see some fine work by local artists.

Every city has a dark side, and the historic area of Fells Point is definitely not the exception. So what better way to explore than to join in on a Ghost Walk?

The Original Fells Point Ghost Walk takes a small group of visitors through the cobblestone streets to stop at a variety of places where spirits have been seen, odd events have occurred, or anywhere that falls squarely under the category of "just plain creepy".

With expert guides who definitely have all of their historical facts straight, tour participants will visit a cemetery, strange buildings and places, and even a bar that Edgar Allan Poe frequented... all accompanied with a flavorful narrative that seems to hurl its listeners straight into the past.

For adults and kiddies alike. Pirate ship offers a cruise around the harbor ideal for the 3-11 set and there are many area restaurants and bars with live music. Skip the gelato shops- not so tasty. Parking is always a hassle so arrive early and prepare to search. An interesting artist studio showcases his many mosaic mirrored works.

A old town, with many good restaurants and historical buildings. It is a place where you really have to walk to be able to see and appreciate it. They have walking tours and and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Not really something children would enjoy. More for adults who like history.

Formerly a sailors' town, but the cobblestone streets around the main plaza at Thames and Broadway now have restaurants, bars, shops, ice cream and coffee bars.

It's an interesting place to walk around and just observe people, and once you've had enough, the water taxi connects the Broadway Pier to other parts of the Inner Harbor. In October, the annual Fells Point Festival makes for a fun weekend. If you're really into tourist kitsch, there's a pirate ship tour that leaves from the Ann St Pier and celebrates the tawdry history of this former shipbuilding town,

Parking can be difficult at times, but the streets are generally safe to walk at night if you have to park far away.

Fells Point is a fun place to explore! There are so many shops and eateries to check out! There is also a farmer's market on most Saturdays that is bound to bring fresh fruits, vegetables, and other goodies into your hands. This is an absolute must visit area when in Baltimore.
