Wonderful hotel and staff. Warm and friendly atmosphere where attention is paid to detail. The food was delicious and the rooms where spotless. Perfect location, right off the light rail system. Close to shopping and restaurants.

Dear Valued Guest,

We appreciate all your remarks regarding your visit. Having a great hotel facility is important, but even more important to us is your recognition of our courteous and professional staff.

I cannot agree with you more as our location is very convenient to Orioles Park at Camden Yards, 1st Mariner Arena, the Light Rail - serving Thurgood Marshall/BWI Airport, M&T Bank Stadium (Home of the Baltimore Ravens), University of Maryland Medical Center as well as many other attractions, businesses and nightlife in Baltimore. We are also the only hotel connected by an enclosed, temperature controlled sky bridge to the Baltimore Convention Center.

We hope to serve again in the future.

Great deal of confusion with check in for a conference; HORRIBLE odor in the guest room that smelled like dead rodents in the walls. Also observed set mouse traps on the second floor behind the radiators.

I recently stayed at the Hilton Inner Harbor for a cheerleading competition. This hotel is directly connected to the Convention Center. Even though it’s a little walk, it’s all indoor and no need to go outside which is a plus in the winter. Our room was on the 16th floor. The room was super clean and cozy. The bed was very comfortable. There was not a refrigerator in the room, which would’ve been nice, but the ice machine and vending machines were only a few doors away. Check-in and check-out were super easy. When we booked the room, we did a stay and park package which really saved on the daily parking rate. This hotel is in great proximity of the Inner Harbor, Camden Yards and M&T Ravens Stadium. Would definitely stay here again.

Room Tip: If you find a stay and park package, pick it....saves $$$

The hotel itself is nice, but the parking is very expensive...$28/day. There are also not shuttles to take you anywhere so you either have to walk or take a cab. Sadly, we had a bad experience. The hotel was extremely noisy due to a Model UN event in which 2000+ kids were everywhere. The noise was too much, so we ended up not staying.

Dear Valued Guest,

We are sorry that you had a disappointing experience with us. At Hilton, we always aim to ensure every guest feels cared for, valued and respected. Your feedback will help us deliver this brand promise. Guest satisfaction is very important to us and we try hard to make sure all of our guests have a rewarding stay. Again, we apologize for the inconveniences and we hope that we can have another opportunity to provide a great stay for you in the future. While we do have a charge for parking, internet, and some hotel amenities such as In room dining; our pricing is very competitive with our local full service hotel competitors. We appreciate your feedback, and we will work with our team to make the necessary corrections for future groups staying in our hotel.

All the best

Was impressed with check in process, quick, friendly front desk staff. Room at first glance was clean but unfortunately when I went to make a cup of coffee in the am I found that the disposable cup looked like it was used and had mold growing in it (yuk) I called for service and was brought up cups that were sealed in plastic. The cups in our room were definitely not clean cups and one of them we already used! Also, I have stayed in many hotels in bigger cities and expect to see gratuity and service charges on a room service bill. This Hilton charged this normal charges but also added another $5 on the bill for DELIVERY. Crazy! Delivery? It's room service! There's no other option but delivery?! Other than that, the staff very nice and other amenities very good.

Room Tip: view of Camden Yards was nice.

Complaints about hotels usually involve annoyance, irritation, abrasiveness--things like that. I found the Baltimore Hilton smooth. No friction! Everything was as it should be, everything worked. That's the way to run a hotel!
The pop machine demanded $2.75 for a soda, but one can do without. The clock in the room as one hour and nine minutes off, with no way of resetting it (I looked very hard), but I had a watch to refer to. Those are the worst things I can think of. See--essentially frictionless.

The entire staff at Hilton Baltimore was extremely accommodating in every facet of making my stay there quite satisfying. I am a vegan and oftentimes my culinary experiences when traveling leave much to be desired. Jason Brown, restaurant supervisor, took great care of me during my stay at the Hilton Baltimore. His friendly demeanor and willingness to ensure my dining experiences were second to none were noteworthy. Another benefit of my stay at Hilton Baltimore is that it is connected the Baltimore Convention Center, which is where this year's Joint Mathematics Meeting was held. Should I travel to Baltimore again and need to stay overnight, I will definitely consider Hilton Baltimore as my first choice for lodging.
