We reserved an executive level floor. We received a room on the top floor with a spectacular review of Camden Yards. The hotel is relatively new. They have a good fitness center with a 20 meter pool. The issue with the pool is that it is only about 20 feet wide and therefore was impossible to do laps with the kids in the pool, even at 6:45 AM on a holiday weekend. Our only complaint was that although the hotel has 6 elevators it seemed as though 4 were out of service which caused to walk down to street level twice. Keep an eye out to where the emergency exits are since multiple stairs do not go all the way to the street.

Room Tip: Get a high floor with a view of Camden Yards

We stayed here on July 4th weekend!
The room fare was bargain $129.00+tax for twin.

The room was spacious, though they didn't have fridge.
But they have ice vender on each floor.

The best thing of this hotel was it located just beside orioles stadium.

From the fitness room you can enjoy whole view of inside.

It's also conveniently located only 10minutes walk to inner harbor.

By the way the parking fee was $28.00 per night, not reasonable but if you try to find the park nearby you could only find $20 around do not so bad rate.

Me and my husband stayed here for the 4th of July weekend. The hotel itself was not bad, however, there were issues with long waits for elevators and expensive parking garages which are owned by the city we were told. $28 a night adds up quite fast especially if you are staying for several nights. Its proximity to the inner harbor is great. Several places to dine and have
cocktails (as long as you get there prior to 11pm, most of the restaurants close at 11pm)but once you have dined and had cocktails and had cocktails and dined the area really doesn't offer much by way of entertainment. So overall not horrible..... Just wish there was more to do in the area and this is not the hotels fault at the end of the day.

My family and I made a last minute decision to stay at the Inner Harbor on July 4th to enjoy the fireworks and other holiday festivities. The hotel is in an excellent location, in easy walking distance to everything at the Inner Harbor. However my biggest compliant is check-in and the elevators. The check-in line was extremely long and the wait for the elevator was horrible. Check-out was much better because of all the different options but we waited at least ten to fifteen minutes. We ended up taking the elevator up to ensure space.

My wife and I drove from NYC to Baltimore for the July 4th weekend. The Hilton was PACKED, so checkin was slow and elevators (6 with 1 out of order)took forever. However this was the case with all inner harbor hotels on July 4th. (My friends stayed at other hotels in the area.)The following day had everything returning to normal. We stayed in a nice, clean room on the 18th floor. The bed was very comfortable. The executive lounge seemed a bit small and the continental breakfast was typical, not outstanding. The lobby bar was pleasant. The Hilton is about a five-seven minute walk to the inner harbor and easy to find and park if you are driving to the location. The entire experience was very good.

I stayed there for five or six nights. Check in was not a problem, pretty fast, but despite asking for a king size bed three months in advance I was given a twin, which they offered to change only the next day as they were sold out for the first night! Good for them!

There were some other issues with the over all service, TV was not working in the menu category, which they could not fix the first evening as it would have taken over an hr, and I was tired and wanted to sleep, if you ask for one thing, for eg. more breakfast tea packets for morning~ if you are a tea person and not a coffee person,~ you have to do that two- three days in a row! Then, they will not put enough splenda/equal and cream,! you have to ask for those as well! This is when one is Hilton Honors program member! I mean these kind of little, little things were simple not expected of Hilton. However, the best thing was it's close proximity to the convention center where all my technical sessions were, so from that point it was a great help. Generally, when you talk to staff, they were polite and respectful. That was a plus., but they could do a better service for the rate that they charge!

I stayed here with my wife to attend a training conference and although our experience wasn't horrible or anything, I must say I expected a bit more from a Hilton hotel. Checkin was fast no problems there and customer service was great. We booked the Executive King Bed Room with Ballpark view. Room was average size, clean and still looked fairly new. We had a nice view of Camden Yards from the 19th floor. The digital channels on TV kept losing signal so that was annoying. Bed was very comfortable. We had access to the Executive lounge which provided continental breakfast until 11am and snacks througout the day afterwards. The lounge would be our only complaint...it just didn't compare to other hotel lounge access areas we've been accustomed to in the past (e.g. Marriott). Continental breakfast could be improved and they could offer some hot snacks during other times, not just cheese and crackers for the amount you spend on the room. I also heard individuals complain about the slow Internet access. Overall, we had a good stay but we don't think it was worth the high nightly rate.
