We booked a block of rooms for our wedding guests at the Admiral Fell Inn, and stayed there ourselves as well. I had no idea this hotel was such a gem! EVERYONE at the hotel helped to make sure every single detail of our weekend was absolutely perfect -- front desk staff, valets, housekeeping, etc. There are so many things to worry about during a wedding, and it was nice to know that the Admiral Fell Inn was taking such good care of our guests.

It's also in the perfect location, right in the heart of Fells Point. Our guests could walk through the hotel to get to dinner, and then head right back upstairs at the end of the evening.

We stayed in the suite, and it was such a romantic treat. I hope we're able to come back again on our anniversaries!

Room Tip: This is a boutique hotel, and all of the rooms are unique in size, shape, and design.

I was only in Baltimore for a few days for school but really enjoyed my stay at the Admiral Fell Inn. My room was very clean and comfortable, the staff was very helpful and friendly, and there is a free shuttle to Johns Hopkins University which was great! The two restaurants in the hotel are great too and so is the morning muffin in the lobby =) There was a great farmers market right outside the hotel on Saturday which was great and the neighborhood is very lively on weekend nights with lots of restaurants and pubs to choose from. I'd definitely stay there again if I go back to Baltimore!!

If you are staying in Fells Point, this is where you stay. Otherwise you can stay in a high rise hotel in the inner harbor. Admiral Fell Inn is the better option to experience Baltimore.

My room was directly over the patio of the restaurant and terribly noisy. The carpet was disgusting, the lampshades peeling, the furniture all dinged up, and the bed lumpy and just plain old. It was like spending the night in a musty attic. I left and went to Henderson Wharf, which was lovely.

Great location - lots to see and do within minutes. Friendly staff from the check-in to check-out. A special mention to our very friendly and courteous shuttle driver who dropped us at Pier Six for the Doobies concert and then stayed late to return us and some other concert goers to the hotel. While the room was on the small side, that is one of the concessions you have to be prepared make when you stay in a historic hotel. We were sorry we did not have more time to explore the hotel. PS loved the turkish restuarant a few doors down the street.

My sister moved to Fells Point about a year ago and my husband and I have been up about 6 times to visit. We stumbled upon the Admiral Fell Inn by luck, and have stayed here ever since. The staff has been so accommodating and super friendly. On Saturdays they serve wine and cheese and tell the history of the hotel, Fells, and popular ghost stories while dressed in costume. Some people are really into it, and others just come for a good chuckle. But either way it's a good time! Rooms are quaint, cozy, and clean. Fells is a very cool, artsy town. Tons of bars, restaurants, antique shops, and art galleries. The attached restaurants are excellent! I recommend the sangria at Adela, the tasting menu at Mezze, and for a fancy romantic dinner go to Meli.
