Description: Classic Casual Dining: Phillips' new Baltimore location is an exciting and easy blend of vintage and modern, with a nod to the longstanding tradition of Phillips restaurants. Phillips at the Power Plant sits directly on the water, just a few steps away from the old Light Street Pavilion location, in the iconic renovated Power Plant industrial building. The innovative redesign of the interior by Carl Myers and Marcie DeLaRosa shows off gleaming, rich woods and jewel toned stained glass fixtures, distressed finishes and antiqued mirrors juxtaposed with a modern, open kitchen.

Everything from the soup, salad, and dinner was really great, the service was excellent. Will return soon.

Sat outside in front of the Power Plant where the restaurant is, great people-watching spot. I am NOT a seafood person but my wife is and won the coin toss...excellent chicken breast and salad for me, she liked the shrimp very much! Service was quick and friendly, and we always had full drinks! Even with my seafood disdain we would absolutely eat here again. :)

All crabmeat, lightly breaded and delicious!
An added surprise was tiny sweet potato balls. Yum! Very busy place. Plan on a wait or go to the bar where you can get open seating.

Maryland crab soup, a six-pack of blue-claw crabs, corn-on-the-cob, and boiled shrimp were all excellent. Even though it was raining, the outside portion of the restaurant was well covered, allowing us to enjoy both the food and the bay. The personnel were very courteous and attentive. As a last note, their crab cakes were on par with many we had while in Baltimore, BUT, they were very good, indeed.
