Description: Classic Casual Dining: Phillips' new Baltimore location is an exciting and easy blend of vintage and modern, with a nod to the longstanding tradition of Phillips restaurants. Phillips at the Power Plant sits directly on the water, just a few steps away from the old Light Street Pavilion location, in the iconic renovated Power Plant industrial building. The innovative redesign of the interior by Carl Myers and Marcie DeLaRosa shows off gleaming, rich woods and jewel toned stained glass fixtures, distressed finishes and antiqued mirrors juxtaposed with a modern, open kitchen.

“popular sea food restaurant”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 5 July 2014

Here is a very popular restaurant with table waiting time of up to 40 minutes at peak period. It has a wide open deck seating area in addition to the restaurant made out of the old power plant house. you want crab round the clock - the open deck serves hot crabs.

i lunched at the patio area of the main restaurant and had a beautiful lunch with my wife. Very friendly and customer focused waiters.
Sure place to try

“Not As Good As Advertised”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 4 July 2014

Crab cakes tempted my taste buds, Baltimore was my temporary home port, and Phillips Seafood beckoned. Advertising the best crab cakes in the city, I bit on the temptation. And bit again, Sigh. Good, but not great. Dry, too much filler, not enough crab. Tiny side portions of slaw and red potato salad that were also good but not great. I can do better than this at home.

“Overpriced. Many other places with equal or better food for less.”

Good food but way overpriced. Easy to get to but pick someplace else. Too many other places with equal or better quality.

“Not bad, but...”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 2 July 2014 via mobile

Food was good, we had steamed clams, ceaser salad and crab cake minis. We enjoyed the food but when I bit into one of the clams I bit a shell so be careful. Food was a bit slow coming out. We waited about 20 minutes, also, a bit pricy but a nice place overall.
