“America's Premier University, with a City Campus”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 19 August 2014

Very well maintained and landscaped campus, with multiple quads and fine older-style buildings. Separate from the city, but close to it, too. A modest scale -- not gigantic. It has grown over time but remains an urban gem. if you have no connection to the university, you still might like to stroll through, hang out on the benches, watch the people scenery, or view the splendid magnolias in the Spring.

“lacrosse fan”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 10 August 2014

Despite the ongoing construction on Charles Street facing the front of JHU's campus - this is a gorgeous and historic institution. One of the best lacrosse venues in all the USA. Beautiful campus that's not too big to walk and see. Campus connects conveniently to Balt Museum of Art (B of A). Dont miss eating at it's restaurant - Gertrude's. Closest hotel - Doubletree. Or stay in any # of great hotels down in the inner harbor and drive the 10 minutes to and from campus. Also. take short drive to Hopkins Medical Campus and Medical Center. Both are must-see's and unique and historical venues.

My son attended a People to People Program there and then we all took a tour. It is a very nice campus with lots of security.

“An Icon in medical services”

Their fame precedes their elite name. A great learning institution and research, pioneers in medical innovations and surgery. Most trusted facility for patients from overseas.

“JH Hospital”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 18 July 2014

We were fortunate to have had John Hopkins close to us when my husband was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. I have only good things to say about the care we got there and the patience, professionalism, and empathy of the staff. It's a big place, but the people there and the support they provided made us feel that we were among friends.
