Just a wonderful 3 day get away. I broke my foot so the beach was out of the question. So for the 4th we decided to go to the inner harbor. Couldn't have made a better choice. Starting right with the check in. I travel a lot and not sure if I ever met anyone nicer than Erin. She was awesome. She even wrote a hand written note wishing us a great stay. Just A++ service. And it went all the way though to Lanette and ended with James helping with our luggage upon leaving. And I didn't even talk about location, cleanliness and the amazing view. After this experience we will be back to the inner harbor and this Hyatt in our future. Thank you again Erin for making out stay special!

Just stayed for the 4th of July. The hotel is the perfect location if you want to be at the harbor. There is a walkway right out the door connecting right to the shops/restaurants in the harbor. The room was great, clean and very large. We did not pay for a harbor view but could still see some of it from our room. Each room has a white noise machine which helped eliminate any outside noise at night. The hotel has a beautiful rooftop pool that we were able to go to for a great view of the fireworks without the crazy crowds. The staff was helpful at check in and helpful with our questions. The ladies in the bar were crazy busy but still friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.

We choose a different city each year to celebrate the 4th of July and enjoy a nice long weekend with our two teenaged boys. Our stay at the Hyatt this year was nearly perfect. The hotel itself is located in possibly the most convenient place we've ever stayed. We were able to walk everywhere, including Camden Yards to take in a game. The rooftop pool is a great place to get cool on a hot day and this weekend gave us a great view of the fireworks. 300 offers great food and the service was very good. I would like to take this opportunity the personally thank the restaurant manager on duty the evening of 7/4/14, I think her name is Karen. We made the mistake of not securing reservations. It looked like we would either miss dinner or miss the fireworks. She had just opened up another room for service and personally sat us, took our orders, brought our dinner, and made sure we could make it out in time for the fireworks. So from Syracuse, NY...we thank you!! The one negative was the bed situation. The double beds were fairly uncomfortable and we were a little surprised that our boys had to share a bed. When I made the reservations I was under the impression that we could have a roll away, but due to the room configuration that wasn't possible. You can understand that two 6 ft tall teenagers wouldn't be comfortable sharing, so we did end up with one on the floor. We would definitely stay again, but would be sure we reserve a larger room that would be more accommodating for our family.

Room Tip: Make sure you pick a room that fits your family size

Dear Guest,

Thank you for celebrating the 4th of July with your family at the Hyatt Regency Baltimore! It is wonderful to hear that you found the hotel so convenient to such attractions as Camden Yards.

It is also great to hear of a fine example of the Hyatt touch in that our restaurant manager was able to make it work for you to enjoy dinner and the fireworks!

We booked this trip so that we would have a great place on the Inner harbor for the 4th of July Fireworks. The check in service was fantastic, very friendly, very efficient, got us through the online check in within 5 minutes. We got to the room, happily we had a great view of the harbor and the pool area. Location of this hotel is terrific, right across the street from the harbor so everything was very close. Were able to see the fireworks from the Pisces club on the very top floor of the hotel, it was beautiful. We ordered room service, the person on the phone was slightly rude, but we had our order well before the hour wait they gave us.

The "but" comes for two reasons, first we asked for a "quiet" room since we would be leaving so early in the morning for flights. Instead we were surround by families with small children who ran the halls. In addition we could hear the neighbors on either side of us when they used the lavatory or showered. The second reason was the shower itself, the bathroom was really nice, a huge shower, but when anyone around us used water the pressure and temperature fluctuated.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay, would we go back there, probably. However, we would be sure to ask if we could be placed away from large families. It was worth the cost to be so close to everything and the fireworks.

I stayed at the location while visiting Baltimore for a conference. The facilities and food were average; however, the staff was outstanding! The customer service was superb - one morning Joe ( I hope I am remembering his name correctly) went above and beyond to help me with shipping a package. He located the right box when the business center couldn't/wouldn't and he also found packing tape and took care of everything for me. Other team members were just as helpful and kind during the stay. Would recommend to a friend with the caveat that the facilities are a bit dated and the rooms could use a refresh.
