“Great place to stay!”
Reviewed 31 July 2014 via mobile

We took our first trip to Baltimore and were extremely pleased with our stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful! When we had car trouble, Juanice was extremely helpful. She even found us a place to take our car and called ahead to make sure they got us in quickly. The hotel is about four blocks from the Inner Harbor, but the walk is pleasant and takes you past some beautiful buildings. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others!

I have been coming to this hotel, for many years now. When this was the Sheraton the only difference was Shulas Steak house. But I never really went since it was so over priced. Now Baltimore Harbor Hotel offers a feww breakfast which is awesome since it is so quick and I am always in a rush. I will say the 2nd night stay I woke up a little earlier to have the fresh made Blueberry waffles, (AMAZING). Yes parking can be a bit expensive but that will be expensive in any downtown hotel you stay in. This place is a 7 minute walk to the harbor, cant beat it. The staff was friendly, room was nice. All around it is def worth the cost.

Room Tip: Corner king room are spacious

It's your average hotel so don't be impressed with the lobby. Complimentary breakfast consists of yogurt, muffins and bagels. Not what I anticipated. Don't bother with the hotel parking ($30/day), there is parking across the street that will save you a ton. If you're looking for a hotel close to the inner harbor, do yourself a favor on saving costs on parking -- stay on the outskirts of Baltimore and drive in.

Our family has been coming to Baltimore for a number of years to support our father at various speaking engagements. When we happened on Sheration Baltimore City Center, now The Baltimore Harbor Hotel, it immediately became a staple for us when visiting the city. The accomodations and staff were first class and any concerns that arose was addressed immediately and friendly. Even though this hotel is no longer under the Sheraton Flag, it still maintains the level excellence afforded to is guest. It even provides complimentary wifi, a feature every top hotel should provide. If I remember correctly, the Sheraton made you pay for internet access. I strongly recommend considering the BHH when visiting the city.

They dedicate to all of everyone's necessities. The pool is nice and the rooms are great. Overall a great experience !! It is very accessible to get to everything in and around the inner harbor. The staff were all very polite too. My only wish is that they were more ecofriendly when it comes to breakfast.

Our son was scheduled to have two days of medical tests at Johns Hopkins. Not wanting to drive several hours back home, we decided to book a room in Baltimore. The Baltimore Harbor Hotel was listed as the hotel of another community family who had loved ones at Johns Hopkins, so we called and reserved a room. When making the reservation, I inquired if there was a discount for JH patients; the registration specialist informed me there was which was very nice. Upon the completion of the first day's testing, we contacted the hotel to see if we could check in early since we had already been up for many hours and needed the rest. The hotel staff checked and said that a room could be ready within the hour. We enjoyed some rest in the room before walking to Inner Harbor for some distraction from the next day's medical appointments. Valet service was accommodating, and there is a JH rate for it as well. The complimentary breakfast was a nice addition and just want we needed before heading to Johns Hopkins the next morning. (The gentleman who attended the breakfast buffet was very pleasant.) A shuttle service back and forth to Hopkins runs in the early morning and late afternoon/evening - another convenient service. When our Monday JH appointment was going to run over, we contacted the hotel staff to request a late check-out. Once again, they accommodated the last minute arrangements. All in all, our anxious time of medical care was made easier because of the service provided by Baltimore Harbor Hotel.
