We were in Baltimore for my husband's conference and stayed a couple of extra nights.
Positives: Front staff very nice. Housekeeping was great-they were all very friendly and our room was very clean. Great location. The exercise room was stocked and nice. It is convinient to the inner harbor. We also went to the Orioles game and it is just a few blocks from the hotel. It is attached to a small mall.
Negatives: It is like a maze getting to our room-not close to the one set of elevators. It is very loud-there are large gaps under the doors and so any noise in the hall is loud in your room. A flap on the bottom of the door would really help. There was not any concierge services-when we asked at the front desk for directions, etc.-they just gave us a map, but didn't outline anything, etc. A lot of hotels have a running/walking map-but not here.
On the Saturday night we were there something happened in the harbor, so there were tons of police out and the hotel evidently did a lock down for security-which was nice.More
