This hotel is amazing, it's in a great neighborhood, only a 10 minute walk to the Convention Center and provides a free shuttle to get you where you need to go (a warning is that the shuttle was in high demand). The suites are well appointed, although some might be confused by the shampoo dispensers, The hot breakfast was also good standard fare. The front desk staff was constantly courteous and polite. In fact, if I had to pick out something wrong, it was that the pillows are too soft, but to each his own. Would definitely stay again. At 116 a night (AAA Rate) I'd say this is the best value in Baltimore.

We stayed here for a conference for 5 nights and the staff made things absolutely phenomenal! They have so many nice people! Britney, who worked at the front desk, was so sweet and extra helpful. Every morning she smiled and knew just what to say to start your day with a warm greeting! The other staff were extremely polite and incredibly helpful as well!

Really nice amenities:
Nice fitness facility
Free laundry
Free wi-fi in the room
Free printing
Shuttle service
Satellite cable
Stylish room decor

I was checked in by a young lady who was aspiring to work in the hospitality field as her career and she was wonderful. She gave me a great recommendation for food, great conversation, and personality. I would stay her over and over again. Beautiful room and great views.

We were very satisfied with this hotel. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The lounge was really nice and we like the fact of valet complementary parking. Our suite was very nice and clean. We would stay there again.

Their king bed suite has everything including a kitchen but you gotta check availability of their induction stove at the front desk. Free bfast is ample. The hotel is modern and decors are great.
The front desk is awesome!! This place is pet friendly. On site laundry is free. Just bring your detergent.

I recently stayed at this hotel for two nights while on business. It was within walking distance of most locations, and the staff were great. The building is narrow, but it adds to a quaint feeling. I loved the modern but home-like lobby. Hot beverages were available all day long. The rooms are awesome with lots of space and free wifi. The Greek yogurt and berries were delicious. I was sick during the trip, and the staff were just so gracious. They drove me to the train station because I was too sick to walk in the cold. I really appreciated my stay here and will definitely stay again.

At a rate of $110 the hotel suite was a good value. The room is like a clean studio apartment which was great because we brought some late night snacks and easy breakfast food with us. There was a small but full kitchen so were able to make sanwiches as a snack instead of going to to spend money on food. We traveled with two kids (16 & 10) and the pull out sofa was big enough for them. For a downtown hotel with some above average aminities I thought the the experience was above average. Tip & Advice - The only disappointment to the stay was the continental breakfast. The hotel put a lot of effort into the appearance and amenities of the hotel but fell extremely short in regards to the continental breakfast. The selection was scarce and not much appeal to the food. The toaster didn't work well and there was only 1 working waffle maker so it took 15 minutes for a kid to get his waffle. I almost hate to put htis out there because in a year from now they may improve the breakfast but people may get turned off to the hotel but it was that bad so I had to say it. Also, the hotel charges $25 for valet parking. This added an additional cost to the bill but I compared the valet fee to other places and this hotel was equal or lower than most. BUT.....We didn't know the meters in the city are not enforced after a certain time (maybe 6pm) and ther is street parking within a two block radius so if you are OK with street parking and can wait (or pay enough in a meter to last pass 6pm) you could save $25. We we told this by another guest after we paid for valet. Also, there is a great pizza place around the corner (at the top of the hill) the is reasonably priced and has above average and some unique food). I fed a family of 4 for about $50 and that included calzones, wings, meatball sandwiches and drinks. They have 3 or 4 Boccee Ball courts which entertained our 10 y/o boys hoop team for 2 hours. I give credit to the receptionist at the hotel for the recommendation. It also saved the hassle of driving to the Inner Harbor, parking, and going to a higher priced place to eat.
