Staff was very friendly, atmosphere was awesome. Was like home away from home. Lots of room. Convenient parking. Loved the view of the big ships going by while having breakfast in the dining room. Enjoyed my stay.

What a beautifully restored late 1800's hotel. The rooms were large, modern and very nicely appointed. The river view was fantastic. We really enjoyed watching the container ships sail right past our balcony and watching the people on River Street. It's amazing how quite those big ships are. I would recommend the top floor rooms to be able to fully appreciate the view.

The location can't be beat. Right on River Street and only a few blocks away from City Market. Easy walking distance to Historic Savannah.

The hotel serves breakfast for an additional charge. There is complementary wine and appetizers every evening.

The service was very accommodating and very friendly. The wine and cheese happy hour was very nice and the ice cream turn down was the BEST! The rooms were very comfortable and spacious with great views. The style was quaint. The location was central to lots of restaurants and activities. I highly recommend this hotel.

We were really impressed with both the staff and the facilities here. The room was really beautiful - way more than we expected the for the very reasonable price - and the location on the riverfront was spectacular, The hospitality and service started even before we got to the property, when 2 employees came right out to the street to direct us to their private parking and carry everything in. Then ice cream in the freezer while we were out for the evening!

Awesome.

Pleasantly surprised upon arrival. I had read wonderful reviews but didn’t see pics of different rooms. Description stated seating area and pics showed chairs so I wasn’t sure if there was a couch for my son to sleep on. Upon arrival I found a large 1 bedroom suite in room 203 with kitchen, bath and living room with 2 windows looking over River street. The room had a full fold out couch! Kitchen had a full size frig, small sink, microwave and full counter.
Bathroom: regular condo size bathroom with tub/shower. Bedroom has a queen raised bed, dresser and TV and a large closet. AC works great!
Staff were all super friendly and very helpful!
Breakfast buffet reasonably priced at $9.99 although I didn’t have it. Afternoon wine and cheese complimentary and tuck in service with complimentary Klondike ice creams nightly.
This is the most pet friendly hotel that I have stayed in! Remy my pointer received a check in gift bag that included a full size bag of local dog treats, a tennis ball, his own name plate as a guest for his collar and the best item, a dog bone doggie waste bag holder that clips to his collar. I had just broken his last one the day before our trip!! The pet fee is the most reasonable as is the parking fee. This was our first stay here and we all loved it!!
The only reason indidn give 5 stars is because they could improve with a little more deep cleaning but room was clean, and could use more light in kitchen, and extra pillows and sheets for Couch in the room.
They also have a keurig in room with 4 keurig k cups for you as well as 2 complimentary water bottles. Open your closet and you will see 2 bathrobes waiting for you as well!
