I just returned from a fabulous girls trip. Fifteen of us occupied 6 suites. We arrived a little after 1 pm and we were happy that 5 of the 6 rooms were ready. Tatyana from Front Desk was such a great help. The other front desk people I dealt with, along with the concierge, were fantastic.
The hotel is convenient to the historic district. We parked our cars on Monday and didn't see our cars again until we checked out. The parking rate was $15 a day, but you could go to the Savannah Information Center and buy the 48 hour passes for $12. We bought that and we parked our cars at the garage a block from the hotel. It was really worth purchasing the parking passes.
My only complain is that I didn't get shampoo and conditioner the second day. All 6 rooms were also charged the $15 daily parking rate. However, front desk gladly removed the charges so I was happy about that. I was just surprised that the parking charges were automatically put on our portfolios.
Overall, we were highly satisfied with this property. The pool was stocked with towels. Breakfast was adequate and space was awesome considering there were so many people staying at the hotel the days we were there. I would definitely consider staying at this property again.More
