A lucky recommendation from a friend. A great choice of beers and whiskies to start and then a lovely salad each in the early evening. Service was great and the decor was fabulous with a super collection of historic photographs from prohibition times onward.

We stumbled across this place on our last day in Savannah! What a great find! From the waiter (great personality and attentive), to the drinks (huge selection), to the food (we all loved our choices), to the dessert (homemade ice cream sandwiches) - we loved it all! Crystal Beer Parlor has a great history and is very old! You will love it here!!

The atmosphere is great--historic building, interesting mementos everywhere, great vibe. I had the shrimp salad sandwich (A+) with red rice. I will definitely be back.

My family decided to eat lunch here, as a recommendation from our trolley driver. I was a little worried that it may not be that great, since the driver was really pushing it; however, this place was great! I highly recommend the shrimp salad sandwich, and the crab soup. The fried green tomatoes were good as well, but nothing too special. I would definitely come back!
