Description: The first location, opened in Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina in 1992, remains the flagship store for Sticky Fingers. That's where the five barbecue sauces - Memphis Original, Carolina Classic, Tennessee Whiskey, Carolina Sweet and Habanero Hot - came to life. The sweet smell of hickory wood permeates through each restaurant as all of the smoked meats are still slow cooked on-site in barbecue pits and watched closely by our resident pit masters. It is that continued commitment to tradition and authenticity that makes our restaurants and signature barbecue sauces so popular. Recognized for serving the best hickory-smoked Memphis-style barbecue and ribs in the Southeast and creating award-winning barbecue sauce sold in 5,000 retail locations across the country, Sticky Fingers Smokehouses celebrated their 20th Anniversary in 2013. To this day, the restaurants remain true to the original founders' ideals of great customer service, reasonable prices and having a passion for 'fall-off-the-bone delicious' ribs, pulled pork barbecue and chicken. Memphis-style Barbecue is cooked at a low-temperature, and with a slow-smoked dry (without any sauce) process that enhances the natural flavor of the meat. Since the pork is smoked without sauce the high quality of the meat is the most important ingredient. The meat is cooked in a smoker and although thoroughly cooked, is pink in color. It is tenderly hand-pulled (not chopped). Other popular styles of Barbecue rely on a sauce to flavor the meat. Most "Carolina-style" Barbecue is cooked on a grill (not a smoker) or boiled in a vinegar-based sauce and chopped with a knife. At Sticky Fingers you will enjoy a casual dining environment with family, friends, and kids while getting sticky and having fun, or hang out at our fully stocked bar with signature cocktails and a wide selection of beer and wine while watching the big game on one of the many widescreen TV's. Get Sticky. Have Fun! Headquartered in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, Sticky Fingers is a unique barbecue smokehouse concept with 16 locations in the Carolinas, Tennessee, Georgia and Florida. Sticky Fingers specializes in high quality barbecue and comfort food and offers five signature barbecue sauces - Memphis Original, Carolina Classic, Tennessee Whiskey, Carolina Sweet and Habanero Hot. Sticky Fingers offers guests monthly offers and updates through its StickEClub. I remember eating here several times in the past and it has changed. The ribs were good but everything else was bland. (It's hard to mess up baked beans) The service was okay.

Decided to eat here as there was a coupon from our ballgame ticket and we were staying close by on vacation so we decided to try this BBQ. This place was easy to locate and we arrived for early dinner and no one was there around 5:30. Place is large and plenty of parking. We were greeted and seated upon entering. A good amount of selections on the menu and six choices of BBQ sauce accented the table. Since this was a BBQ place we ordered ribs and brisket. The ribs were good but the brisket was very tough. I had to saw through it with a butter knife. I almost asked for a steak knife just so I could cut it easier. We are from TX so we expect the BBQ brisket to be "eat it with a fork" tender. Not so here. It was very dry also and just couldn't force chewing so much to try to get it down so left portion of it. The sides were good as was the tea but we were never offered a refill. In fact the waitress didn't even come back to the table and wasn't all that friendly. Four more people came in while were were there and they were seated at tables right by us but still no return of waitress. This chain is not available in our locale but if ever in the area and not sure if ever in the area if would give them another try and order something different.

I had the pulled meat, with the normal baked beans and coleslaw. My husband had the half rack of ribs. The food was good but the restaurant was so cold. I asked our served and he said their heat was not working. Could not wait to get outside and get warm, and it was a rainy evening! Until they get some heat, we will not be back!! They tell you this when you enter the restaurant!

We were hosting a party of 14 women....we ordered enough off the catering menu that was more than enough for the 14. The food was delicious, the service was on time(we had it delivered), and booking it/ordering it online was a breeze. Allison was helpful in the ordering process and worked with us to make our menu the best it could be. The delivery woman(sorry I don't remember her name) was awesome. She came in and set up and was sweet as pie. Everything turned out great and the pulled chicken was the biggest hit. I definitely would utilize their services again!!!!!

Totally different experience than most other reviewers. I got the brisket platter for carryout and the tab was $20 not including tip. I got out to the car and had to go back in because they forgot to put the dessert in the bag. Cant say it happened because they were busy since there were only 10 customers in the whole place. Pulled the container out of the bag and there were old corn chips in the bottom. Brisket was rolled in a piece of foil and it was greasy and tough with minimal flavor and no sauce. The Texas Toast was only toasted on one side. Potato salad was bland and had a wallpaper paste texture. Baked beans were okay but not noteworthy. I asked for a large sweet tea and Im guessing its about 16 oz. The banana pudding was fairly good. I've had lots of barbecue all over the country and this ranked way low. Wished I would have driven a little further down the road to Dickeys. Not that they are the greatest in the world, I have found their product to be tasty and consistent.
