“Poor service, average food”
2 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 3 July 2014 via mobile

Went there for lunch on a Saturday. The service was poor, our server, Karlos, was too busy talking to his coworkers. When you ask for extra napkins, they only give you two. The food was average at best. The manager looked stressed out, and continuously came out of the kitchen to babysit his employees. Not a place I would recommend

“Great Food!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 23 June 2014

Great food! Good prices! There wasn't many people at the bar and then bartender was a little busy talking to her other employees but all around, good food. Will return next time!

“Decent food, TERRIBLE service”
2 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 22 June 2014 via mobile

As the subject line states, the food was tasty. The world cup game was going on and it was busy, but definitely family friendly and a more reserved atmosphere (we were able to hear each other speak).

Took a while for our server to greet us: Probably 5 minutes. We ordered beer. Although listed as being on tap, Dos Equis Amber wasnt. We ordered cheese dip as an appetizer.

Beer came 10 minutes later. No cheese dip. We asked about it when he took our dinner order...he said he would bring it right out.

Dinner came. Still no cheese dip. No silverware. We had to search out the hostess for refills, silverware, napkins.

Finished entrees. Reminded server about the dip (and nachos), too to eat dip with.

Finally it comes, but we are finished our beers at this point and ready to go. Server took it off the bill, but he only got a $3 tip - he didn't do a good job for us.

Food, however was decent. Chicken fajitas were tasty, but could have used more cheese, sour cream and guacamole than was provided. Also, only 3 tortillas showed up, and extras were $1.27.

At least because of the game, the first round was only $1.50 on happy hour special...

“Some things super good, others not so much”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 22 June 2014

My meal here was excellent. I had the chicken in cheese sauce which I could have eaten everyday. My husband's meal was just as good. My son got a chimichange which was delicious. However, the hard tacos and soft tacos which my other children had were terrible, to put it mildly. I am not sure how you could mess up tacos in a Mexican restaurant but they were awful-one had beef another had chicken and both were bad. So, as long as you stay away from the basics, you will be fine.

“Great location wasted on mediocre restaurant”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 21 June 2014

Typical Mexican fare with no creativity in the menu, food, or the presentation. They should've used their namesake - Cilantro - as inspiration for taste improvement. Food wasn't bad, but it wasn't good either. It was cheaper than the other restaurants nearby.
