“Anytime Lunch Eat- in or Take-out & Oh, So Good Fresh Hazelnut Coffee”

Southside Restaurant on Abercorn and White Bluff...
Been eating Asian Chicken Salad ( no hormones) here once a month for years. Very tasty.
Free wifi , no code needed. Also, get the Mediterranean Veggie Sandwich with feta, hummus, red peppers, lettuce, tomato, onion, on a fab tomato basil bread. Now, they have a non caffeinated herbal iced tea, hibiscus , that's refreshing. Great place for kids with all healthy options, mac n cheese (organic), peanut butter, yogurt pushup), milk. Coffee drinkers will love the hazelnut Coasta Rican coffee freshly brewed with a time stamp on the carafes. Quick, healthy meals, take out, or leisurely option of chilling for however long. Chocolate babka and cinnamon raisin bagels from the bakery are to die for. 99cents bakery add-on w/ meal is a good deal. Order, seat yourself, and enjoy; then bus your table. Oh, yeh, you can look up calories and carbs in their notebook or online. Outstanding website. Haven't tried the newest menu addition (they're frequent) NEW CHILLED SHRIMP AND SOBA NOODLE SALAD. Sounds good.

“Healthy Choices”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 8 July 2013

My girlfriend was really trying to stick to her low calorie diet and Panera Bread was the closest early morning place. One day she was able to have a power smoothie and the second day she was able to get the half-artichoke Panini with a cup of fruit and stay well on track.
The best part was we were able to sit back, relax, and watch the exciting people enjoy the downtown areas as they walked, biked, or drove by.

Horrible food. Horrible service. Almost No options for vegans. There are better options near by. Don't go to this place.

“Absolutely rubbish food.”
1 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 15 May 2013

Came in here for breakfast with my wife and the food was ridiculously bad. Asked for a salmon bagel with cream cheese and got a stale bagel, skanky tub of cheese on one plate and a separate container with a bit of cooked salmon on it!?!?! I had the oatmeal bowl and this was fairly uninspired also. I put the salmon back on the counter (untouched) and not one member of staff thought about coming over to ask why. it was early in the morning and there was almost one staff person per customer and there was a manager.

I will never go to this place again. Utterly rubbish.

“Love the southern hospitality”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 21 March 2013

Panera usually has good food and friendly employees but on such a crazy day (it was the St. Patrick's Day parade downtown) and with a line almost out the door, this crew was unbelievably friendly. No one seemed paniced due to the crowds and yet worked effeciently with a smile on their faces. It made the chaos seem to fade away. Great experience!
